I think I’ve been applying them wrong/too much. I kept thinking I may just not have tried the right one. At first attempt, I felt this was a bit heavy on my skin. I mixed it with a serum and still my face felt greasy for quite a few hours. I believe for my combination skin, I must use this in my bedtime routine and not before applying makeup. I am now applying 1 drop to the palm of my hands and rubbing them together and then patting onto face. This has made a HUGE DIFFERENCE! No more greaseball! Urang has 3 oil serums. This being the “Whitening" Blue Oil Serum. Whitening is a K-beauty term referring to brightening or evening out skin tone. I haven’t used long enough to see the whitening benefit but the oil does make my skin feel incredibly soft. I’d like to try all of their oils to see what the differences are. Do you use facial oils? I highly suggest incorporating them into your routine!

This is the 2nd Urang product I’ve tried and I love it! I have oily skin so I’m always hesitant to try oils. After toning, I’ve applied 1-2 drops on my face and neck which is the perfect amount. I don’t find my skin getting oily through out the next day and my skin feels so soft. It takes a few minutes to absorb but leaves you with moisturized soft skin. I love that they use natural and organic ingredients so I know I am not using products filled with harsh chemicals. It’s so cool that the German chamomile flower is what gives it is blue hue. There are only a handful of ingredients also, so it’s easy to research what you’re using. The packaging is adorable. It’s a classy tear drop shaped bottle and syringe dropper. This masterfully blended natural face oil serum caught my eyes about year ago, but only now I had an opportunity (thanks to @0.8l_usa and @urang) to put my hands on it! . 🦋Claims: the lightweight and hydrating oil helps to brighten, heal and protect skin. It contains just few but quite powerful ingredients: alpha-bisabolol , Camellia oil, and German Chamomile oil (plus vitamin E to preserve this mix from oxidation). They work together to add moisture, and to reduce the appearance of fine lines, blotchiness, sunburns and hyperpigmentation. Vegan, formulated without mineral oil, synthetic fragrances, additives, harmful chemicals or preservatives. . 🦋The ingredients are pure and minimalist: Green Tea Seed Oil, Tocopherol, (-)-alpha-bisabolol, *German Chamomile Flower Oil (*Organic) . 🦋Texture/Scent: it is a silky, absolutely not greasy or heavy beautiful azure-blue oil. Spreads smoothly and absorbs fast. URANG Part 2/4 : Brightening blue serum* is an amazing formula with just three ingredients — Camellia Sinensis Seed Oil, Tocopherol, & German Chamomile. . German Chamomile lends this serum its beautiful blue hue. It is essentially an oil serum but feels like a face oil. Once it sinks in though, it is undetectable. I have mentioned before that I love lightweight oils and this one is a winner in my book. I'm inclined to think that this oil serum combined with my vitamin serum has really helped even out and brighten my complexion as of late. I prefer using it in the morning since I can easily apply any makeup over it. Although, I have to wait a little for it to get completely absorbed or I run the risk of products pilling. I have been enjoying this one a lot and I would recommend if you're looking into an oil serum. Couple things to keep in mind are; at $59, it is pretty expensive and does have a blend of essential oil that some people might find irritating. It has not irritated my skin so I'm inclined to believe that these have small concentration and combination of essential oils for my skin. Urang Brightening Blue Oil Serum The color of this oil is gorgeous! It’s blue hue comes from chamomilla recutita flower with anti-inflammatory benefits. The combination of high-quality natural, organic ingredients of alpha-bisabolol, camellia sinensis (green tea) seed oil and chamomilla recutita flower, it claims to brightens, heals, and protects the skin by adding moisture, reduce fine lines, sunburns, and hyperpigmentation. There are multiple methods to use: 1) Mix with toner or Essence. I find this method to be very light and hydrating. It is recommended for oily/combo skin. 2) Mix with cream. I like this method because I have dry skin. Skin feels well nourished. 3) Use on its own. I like to use this method to give my skin a boost of glow. Available @ohlollybeauty for $35. I’m happy to have this item in my skincare routine. Although, it’s too soon to see the benefits of hyperpigmentation, it definitely did a good job with keeping the skin moisturized and nourished. I especially love the natural glow. Since it’s the summer, it can be a bit too heavy to use regularly but I’m looking forward to use this more during the winter. This product has been on my wishlist forever and I was so excited to see it on 0.8L's try campaign that I set an alarm and bought it for $3.99 as soon as I could! It retails for almost $60 I believe.. so, double excited!😁 . Urang is a skincare company founded by an aromatherapist, so all of their products are mainly natural ingredients and contain essential oils. This bottle of beautiful blue goodness claims to brighten, heal and protect skin with ingredients like Alpha-Bisabolol, Green Tea seed oil, and German Chamomile flower oil to give it that natural blue hue. It's great for hyperpigmentation, moisture and calming redness as well. . I am always looking for products to tackle my hyperpigmentation and have recently been building up my facial oils stash, so this is right up my alley. This "oil serum" can be applied by itself, with a water based toner or essence, or mixed in with a cream. I applied it after my Urang Rose Repair Essence and they seemed to pair nicely. It went on smooth and easy and wasn't too greasy for my oily skin. Being an "oil serum", it didn't seem as runny as just a normal facial oil, so I liked that. It absorbed well into my skin without leaving a tacky feeling. . When I read the information packet, I saw that this was helpful with sunburns, so I used it on my boyfriends face, (no SPF and day of yard work), and it seemed to help a lot with calming redness and overall soothing. As for myself, I have been using this with my jade roller for the past week and I LOVE it. My complexion is brighter and smoother. However, I can't speak on my scars fading quite yet, but hopefully I will see some results with continued use. Hello darlings!! I just got back from my trip and I wanted to share my thoughts on this little blue beauty. I’ve been trying to get my hands on any type of blue oil to try out. I found this @urangnatural facial oil on @0.8l_usa that I decided to try. I was super interested in it due to it’s brightening properties. It’s key ingredients are green tea, alpha bisabolol, and German chamomile. All of those ingredients are supposed to work together and add moister, reduce the appearance of fine lines, and help fade hyper pigmentation. ________________________________ Review: This is a super thin watery oil that has a little fragrance . Once sucked up into the dropper the oil has more of a blue hue. It does have a light floral scent but it’s not noticeable at all once on the face. This is the first facial oil I’ve used in a couple of years and I constantly have to remind myself less is more! I just wanna slather my face with this because of how soothing it is. It does help keep my skin super moisturized. I use it in my pm routine and in the morning my skin is so bright and glowing. I’m hopping with continuous use I will see a difference in my hyper pigmentation. I’m excited to try out more oils! Gently tap and press until fully absorbed. Follow by moisturizer. This is more of a first impressions since I've only been using this oil for about a week. I love the philosophy of Urang. The company prides itself in the simplicity and purity of their products and skincare ingredients. The blue oil serum is a lovely oil, I can use it day and night. During the day I mix 1-2 drops into my essence and it moisturizes my skin without feeling or looking greasy. At night I use about 8-10 drops as my final moisturizer. It sinks into my skin without causing any irritation or sensitivity. I have not seen any brightening effect but I have not used it long enough to see any difference. I have used it after using an exfoliator and it helps soothe and calm skin redness. Will continue using but so far I'm really impressed with how my skin feels after using this oil. Highly recommend. I love summer in Seattle we have so much day light now and it seems like our days just lasts forever. My skin definitely took a toll but who cares that's what skincare products are for right? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Urang Brightening Blue Oil Serum ($59) - super excited to try this oil because the ingredients are so simple: camellia sinensis (green tea) seed oil and chamomilla recutita (German chamomile) flower oil that works together to restore skin from sun damage and brighten complexion. It has a really soothing smell (kind of reminded me of the Herbivore blue tansy but 1% of the intensity..?) and definitely feels lighter than the vitamin oil previously reviewed. It feels super hydrating and I've learned that I prefer mixing it with a light weight moisturizer to get the best absorption. I've been only using twice a week at night because I don't want my skin to freak out from this new essential oil blend. And so far it's been working really well. I wake up with super soft and glowy skin every time I use it! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I think there are some leakage during shipping because the bottle showed up 1/3 empty and there are oil all over the box.
