Texture: Essence-y and almost fluid. It feels a little tacky when applied but will subside after few minutes. Application was easy, just like how we apply essence/cream to our skin. It has a lightweight consistency too. Does not leave any white cast at all which is great as I don’t want my face to be too “white”.

Review of @klairs.global soft airy UV essence. Got this at a trial fee of S$3.99 from @0.8l_singapore I’m so so happy to get to try this!!! . The box is super fascinating!! It is indeed soft and airy, kind of like a heavier mousse. At first I thought it will feel like Krave Beauty’s Beet the sun, but it’s lighter. Also it doesn’t get tacky after application, spreads easily and no white cast. Can’t comment much on makeup cos I don’t seem to be able to get it right nowadays. I applied it on my arms and it doesn’t make it extra slippery or slidy when I lean on tables. After my gym class it also didn’t feel extra sticky or melted away. A search on cosdna reveals it has Uvinul A plus and Uvinul T 150 as UV filters so UVA and UVB are covered respectively. . It doesn’t look overly shiny on me. Packaging wise nothing much to complain about. I put so much of it on my arms, neck and chest I think I’m at the half way mark already! I think this is really pleasant to use and would consider buying it again!

On behalf of @0.8l_usa and @klairs.global I was able to test and review the latest product launched by @klairs.global the #SoftAiryUVEssence #SPF50+ 🔆 An everyday sun protector for sensitive skin 🔆 As is it water-based, it holds a gel-type texture to give a soft weightless and light finish. This had a very crisp clean scent that went away after rubbing it into my skin. I like this because when I think of a sun blocker, I automatically think of coconuts, but not with this one. Also with it’s high SPF and PA level, it completely guards the skin against UVA & UVB without leaving any greasiness or white cast. 😎 The packaging was nice as a silver chrome logo on a white tube. 💵 Retail Price is 80ml at $23.00

In Singapore where it's sunny all year round, sunscreen is a must! This sunscreen encompasses all the benefits I require of a sunscreen. This means no white cast, no stickiness and being lightweight. My skin is very sensitive and this results in a stinging and hot sensation when I apply sunscreen on my skin. That itself is an indicator of the sunscreen being an unsuitable one. However this one feels just as if I'm applying a moisturizer and its properties makes application a breeze. Highly recommended! My favorite these days. Can’t leave the house without this Klairs Soft Airy UV Essence. The texture is awesome! When you first apply, it will be a little sticky but only for a few seconds then will complete absorbed into your skin leaving you nothing but a smooth and softer than ever skin. This sunscreen does a good job in blocking the sun, UVA, and UVB! I love the packaging too, simple and elegant. 5/5 for this product.

I've been looking for a lightweight sunscreen to incorporate into my skincare routine now that it's spring and sun damage is something I take very serious now that I'm almost 45. This is very light, has a very light scent and really helps protect my skin from harmful rays. It's so good, that I don't always wear makeup or other skin products. This works great on its on.

I live in hot city. I'm fighting with sun every summer. This sunscreen is really good present for myself! I prefer spf100 but this klairs one is also very nice. Texture is very light and not too glossy that I like. I use this for my face and whole body. Good :)

As per the manufacturer, this UV Essence SPF is suitable for all skin types, is lightweight and non irritating to the skin. Also , it contains no additives, it’s water based and it won’t disrupt your makeup routine. Last, most importantly it doesn’t leave a white cast. This is a chemical sunscreen which provides protection from UVA and UVB rays. The Ingredients featured in his product include Adenosine, Beta Glucan, Sea Buckthorn Oil, Niacinamide and Panthenol. I am first to admit that I rarely ever wear sunscreen because they tend to leave a white cast on my face. So does this product live up to its claims. I must admit it does. It is very light weight, non irritating, it didn’t leave any white cast on my skin and it absorbed very nicely. The biggest turn off for me is that chemical scent. So then to me scent vs no white cast ?? Therefore, I must decide .

I love the consistency of this sunscreen as it is very light weight. Its not greasy or oily at all. This is really good for dehyadrated skin though. It also has a very weird smell to it but not so overwhelming. I would still recommend this sunscreen to people with dry dehydrated skin.

This is a pretty great sunscreen! I'm not detecting any alcohols, but there are some skin loving ingredients such as glycerine, niacinamide and plant oils. The packaging is pretty 😻. I'm a sucker for shiny things! There's 80ml (2.7 ounces) of sunscreen in the container instead of the usual 50, which is great! There's no added fragrance I'm smelling. Orange oil is in the ingredients, but it's listed last. There's a faint "chemical" scent, but it dissipates quickly. It goes on easily and spreads across the skin with little effort. I applied it on my eyelids because I do need to know if the sunscreen will cause pain or watering - and it doesn't! Yay! I like keeping the delicate areas around the eyes protected. There is zero white cast, and the sunscreen is super moisturizing! Maybe a little too moisturizing, which is why I'm giving it four stars and not five (4.5 would be closer). It's not ideal for my oily skin. But ideal is difficult to find in a sunscreen, so this one is nearly perfect. There's no pilling with other products, so this sunscreen would go well under makeup or with other products. Full disclosure: I received this for $3.99 from 0.8L in exchange for my honest review. The retail price for this product is about $23. I believe this is a fair price for 80ml (2.7 ounces) of high quality facial sunscreen.

My current #holygrain sunscreen is the @misshaus Near Skin Dustless Defense Sun Block SPF 50+/PA+++, which is non-greasy & leaves a matte finish for my oily skin. It also pairs amazingly well over skincare products & under foundation without pilling. The only downside to it is that it leaves a slight white cast, which I can hide with my cushion foundation. • Now back to my review of this @klairs.global sunscreen... I immediately loved it! It's a weightless, opaque white, water-based gel that spreads very smoothly & absorbs well into my skin without any greasiness or white cast! It leaves my skin feeling soft & there is no stickiness. It contains naicinamide (brighten skin), adenosine & panthenol (soothe, relieve skin irritations) and tocopherol (antioxidant). I've been using this for a week now on a daily basis and haven't had any breakouts. My skin hasn't gotten more oily either throughout wear. I must say, I am a HUGE fan!! This may even be my new holy grail sunscreen, especially on days I don't wear any foundation as it doesn't leave any white cast. • This @klaires.global sunscreen goes for $23, whereas the @misshaus goes for $15. I will definitely keep both in stock and will use them interchangeably depending on whether I wear foundation or not. I have to say this has been the most comfortable feeling sunscreen I’ve ever used. The formula is very light hence the name soft and airy. It feels like I’m not even wearing sunscreen. Even after reapplication I don’t get that gross build up feeling. There no white cast, it’s completely transparent. It goes on like a light moisturizer would and even has some beneficial ingredients such as niacinamide and sea buckthorn oil. My first impressions of this is how my skin absorbs the sun protectant. A little goes a long way and I absolutely love how my skin just drinks in the protector without leaving it feeling greasy or tacky. Feels almost invisible, as if i hadn't put anything on. This is great for laying over my skincare before putting on my primer and makeup for the day. It feels super light weight so it doesn't feel like a heavy product on top of my regular skincare routine. The sun protectant is also doesnt have a heavy scent. Almost like a light fresh scent which is what I prefer over the normal heavy sunscreen scents. Overall this is an amazing product. I love how it feels applying it onto my skin and most of all its vegan friendly. Great for people with sensative skin and a sensative nose for heavy scents. I even use this on my kids and its absorbs quickly without feeling heavy on them.

I used many brand sunblock but none of them actually suit me as I have dry/oily face. When I apply on I will feel uncomfortable because its feel sticky sometimes. But this really amazed me its super light which I dont feel I have anything on my face it’s also not sticky. Really recommended to those of you that have dry/oily face.
