⭐️ //#Klairs Soft Airy UV Essence First Impressions Review// ** Purchased from #08L for a trial fee to review** Note that my package unfortunately was extremely delayed in arrival (briefly lost?) and somehow turned up just days before this review was due so I’ve had VERY limited time to test. 🔆What is it: A chemical filter sunscreen protecting from UVA and UVB rays. 🔆Packaging and Size: A generously sized 80ml in a plastic squeeze tube. 🔆Texture and Scent: Super lightweight gel type, feels even more airy than biore essence UV. Includes sweet orange oil (last ingredient) for fragrance but it’s barely perceptible. 🔆Performance: This is what I would call a daily use indoor sunscreen. I would not rely on this if I knew I was going to be out in the sun for extensive periods as I’m just not confident that it would provide sufficient lasting protection through sweat and sebum. But for daily use it’s perfect - weightless and sinks in easily with no white cast at all. 🔆Bottom Line: A great pick to convert those who don’t like wearing sunscreen because of the sometimes heavy, gummy feel they can leave behind.

This is a ideal chemical sunscreen that is water based, gel type which is easy to spread and just sinks right in leaving just a clear sheen which goes away on tapping.. it’s has not irritated me whatsoever and it works great under makeup and very easy to reapply throughout the day. ❤️ . . I absolutely love this sunscreen. I have a medium skin tone so I tend to prefer chemical sunscreens because they don’t leave a white cast. I also have dry skin so the cream-gel texture works really well to keep my skin moisturized, but not greasy looking. As far as sun protection, this is SPF 50+ PA++++ which is a great amount of protection. I also appreciate that there is not much of a scent. You get a very generous amount in the tube. I will definitely be repurchasing.

Since I’ve been reading a lot about sunscreens that are harmful to coral reefs, I wanted to make sure that this didn’t contain any coral-damaging filters and, from my reading, it does not. I was super excited when I saw that Klairs was coming out with this new sunscreen. I had previously tried their blue sunscreen, but I really didn't like that one. This sunscreen is GREAT! Way better than their other ones. It has NO whitecast, it's lightweight, moisturizing but not heavy or oily. I like that it has a high coverage and gives quite a bit of product in the tubing. It really doesn't even feel like a sunscreen, kind of like a light/gel-ish cream. I would definitely recommend this sunscreen for everyone to try. After having bad luck from trying out 3 new sunscreens, I’ve finally found a great one that my skin actually likes! It’s this Klairs Soft Airy UV Essence SPF 50+ PA++++ . This is a water based sunscreen, hence the texture that feels soft and creamy but not heavy, it feels like a slightly thicker essence. It spreads out easy and blends like a dream, leaving my skin soft and hydrated with natural finish. . I didn’t detect any scent from it at all, which is a plus. Another big plus is that this leaves my skin zero white cast! I dislike a sunscreen that will leave white cast, no matter how good they are cause I hate being overly conscious with my grey or pale face that doesn’t match the rest of my body. . This sunscreen has all the categories I want in a sunscreen. I don’t feel any uncomfortable sticky or tackiness and it didn’t make me feel greasy (at least for now, not sure for summer yet). It also comes in a bigger tube of 80 ml / 2.7 fl oz compared to usual sunscreen that comes in 50 ml / 1.7 fl oz. This retails at $23 on Wishtrend site, which is pretty affordable IMO. I’m sure you’ve seen rave reviews all over the Internet for this new sunscreen from Klairs and now I’m going to add mine to the pile. This sunscreen doesn’t even feel like a sunscreen. It has the consistency of a light moisturizer and has a nice slip to it. I have used sunscreens I’m the past that were sticky and would drag while I applied them. There is absolutely no white cast so I didn’t have to do any of the additional rubbing you have to do to work in the product. I would say, also, that this sunscreen was hydrating enough to be my final layer with no additional moisturizer on top. It sinks in fairly quickly, which is a plus for me because I usually only have around 30 minutes or so for my skincare routine and to apply my makeup in the mornings. The only thing I can think of to criticize it is the very slight plastic scent that it has. It’s definitely not super noticeable and you don’t smell it after it’s been applied. I prefer my sunscreens to have a matte finish so this took me a bit to get used to. However, it feels very nice and it absorbs quickly. I do notice that at the end of the day I look a bit oily which I hate, but now that the cold weather is here I don't have too much of a problem. It is a chemical sunscreen, but no worries for those with sensitive skin because it doesn’t contain a lot of ingredients and is free of parabens, artificial fragrances, preservatives and oils that may irritate the skin. No additives either and is also EWG-certified. Just like the Freshly Juiced Vitamin C Drops, the sunscreen also comes with a white and shiny holographic packaging. (Swipe for pic) The squeeze tube is plastic but rather big which is great considering the ones sold at stores are sometimes smaller. The texture is water-based gel-like, very similar to Earth’s Recipe Waterful Sun Gel but a tad creamier. It absorbs fast into the skin and leaves a semi-matte finish. The box is also pretty with white box and holographic and attractive design. use spf is very important to prevent skin diseases and sun damage. so it is good opstion for those who donot like havey spf on their skin . For that reasons, I am currently liking this new Klairs Soft Airy UV Essence SPF 50+ Pa++++ which is really nice Korean sunscreen without the white cast, cruelty free and vegan friendly. absorb quickly no harsh smell . not feel havey on skin . as description says it is Essence . so it is very light and feel like nothing on skin . very good for oily skin even for sensitive skin . The product is a white cream/gel and has a mild chemical smell. It is an everyday sun protector suitable for sensitive skin, it contains niacinamide, adenosine, panthenol, beta-glucan and sea buckthorn oil. It can be used before or after makeup and does not leave a white cast. I use this product before makeup and it feels a bit greasy on my oily skin, so I use as little as possible. I'm however a fan of the SPF 50 sun protection. I will recommend this product especially for normal to dry skin.

I have been an admirer of thrir products. This sun essence is very lightweight and absorbs quickly. It is non sticky. It did not dry out my skin and was non greasy. Light gel cream texture that blends down like a dream with no weight at all. Water-based formula feels more like another moisturizer than sunscreen, hydrating and not greasy. No white cast and surprisingly with a matte finish! Also love that it doesn't really have a scent👌It's a pure chemical sunscreen with diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate which is pretty common in Asian water-based sunscreens. Most ingredients are rated 1 (safest) on cosdna which is pretty awesome for a spf50. So far it feels good and would definitely recommend!

[What it Claims & Ingredient Highlights] This product claims to be light weight with gel like texture that absorbs without white cast or greasiness...it claims to guard the skin from both UVA and UVB.  Some ingredients to highlight are, niacinamide, panthenol, sea buckthorn oil, beta-glucan, orange oil to name a few. This is a chemical sunscreen. . . [My Thoughts] No particular scent and definitely does not have that "sunscreen" scent. I don't find this to be "gel like" texture but it's definitely less dense than a lot of sunscreen. It's more like a lotion with thinner consistency.  This sunscreen applies very nicely and smoothly without greasiness as indicated.  It gives a semi-matte finish and it did not dry out my skin. I have been testing this for about 2 weeks and I have some split thoughts. . [Why I LOVE it!] Fast absorbing, no scent and it applies nicely, non-greasy plus non-drying. As a sports mom who spends most weekends outdoors cheering for my kids...sunscreen is pretty important and I can assure you that this product really handled itself really well. .
