Love Klairs products and was excited when I learnt a new product was launched! This water based serum is rich is hydration and has the benefit of a facial oil. Suitable for sensitive skin and perfect for those who are not into oil based products. This serum is a little runny, absorbs relatively fast but leaves a slight tacky feeling. It effectively hydrates my skin with just 2-3 drops and great that it’s almost scent free. Overall it very moisturizing and hydrating. Can’t wait to try the Klairs Ampule Mist next! @klairs.global @wishtrendstory

Wow! This makes my routine as simple as possible 😍 @klairs.global Fundamental watery oil drop... and yes, it has nothing to do with oil 😄 it’s such a beautiful blend of hydrating products that makes it feel like an oil. This has green tea ferment extracts, ceramides, peptides, rice and kelp extracts and sodium hyaluronate. Which provides a pretty good hydrating layer.. and also my oily skin doesn’t need much products after it, makes it all simple 👍🏼 . . I can really see my self enjoy this more in colder months and also you get 50ml of product for 31$ which is soo good for this interesting ingredient blend. Can’t wait to try more. . .

This is another one of those products that I don’t know whether it works or not. LOL. Ok it is very watery and non-oily. I don’t quite understand the long dropper anyway I do put quite a lot like the whole dropper and it did get absorbed into my thirsty skin. I don’t think I can use it without a moisturizer though. I enjoyed using it though since it’s non fragranced. Doesn’t irritate my skin at all so that’s a huge plus point! The volume is pretty big so I think can use for a long time. It does make my skin dewy looking after application.

What was your first kbeauty product? My first product was the Klairs Supple Preparation toner and @dear_klairs continues to be one of my favorite brands, it is cruelty free and vegan. Luckily, their new launch Fundamental Watery Oil Drop showed up on #08L for a trial fee of $3.99 and I grabbed it. I wish I had planned for better shots of this beautiful glass dropper bottle. With a few hours left to post the review and the little lighting, this is the best I could do .. The name made me believe this was a bi-phase product. I was surprised to see the INCI list, there is no oil in it. It contains some fabulous ingredients - green tea leaf water and leaf extract, rice extract, ferment extracts, ceramides and peptides that makes this serum rich in antioxidants. The texture is watery and it has no essential oils or fragrance, making it suitable for sensitive skin types. As per wishtrend's website,this is a water-based serum with the rich hydration of a facial oil. I have not used it long enough to see real skin changes but I feel this is closer to a toner than a serum. It does hydrate the skin well and with the hot weather, my skin is happy with just one layer. It is fast-absorbing and leaves a non-tacky finish making it suitable for use both in the morning and evening. While the minimalistic packaging of this bottle looks beautiful, I would prefer this in a standard toner bottle than deal with the long dropper. So far, I've liked it but I'm not convinced to spend $31 and repurchase it as yet. I’m hoping my thoughts will change over time. I also got the Ampoule mist yesterday so watch out for a review of it in a few weeks .. Have you tried this? What are your thoughts?

The Klairs Fundamental Watery Oil Drop is an amazing skin care product! It is a water-based serum with rich hydration effect! Most importantly without the oily and sticky effect. It easily and quickly absorbs! I face no problem applying on before my makeup and work as my facial massage oil! Klairs Fundamental Watery Oil Drop This is a water based serum with the rich hydration of a facial oil. Although I’m not a fan of facial oils, I was quite interested to try this out as it was stated to be water based! The serum is rather scentless and has a non-sticky texture, which makes it great for sensitive skin. It is slightly more viscous than water but definitely not as oily as a normal facial oil. You only need 2-3 drops of the product and it actually absorbs really well into the skin. As I have oily skin, I did find the product to be slightly rich for my liking as I am used to lighter products. However, I found that it worked quite well if I used it in place of my moisturizer (i.e when I did not later it together with my usual moisturiser). Overall, I would recommend this for all skin types as it works like a facial oil but does not have the oily texture of one!

Today I decided to do a video review for the @klairs.global Fundamental Watery Oil Drop. This is a new product by the brand and PR gifted from @0.8l_usa . 💧This serum has antioxidants, provides deep hydration, gives you a glowy complexion (but not greasy) and is vegan, fragrance and cruelty free . 💧The texture is a little watery and oily, but it absorbs nicely into my skin and gives me a nice glow. Because I have #oilyskin, I used to shy away from facial oils, cleansing oils and balms. After researching and following other skincare enthusiasts here on IG, I got over my fear of looking like I rubbed my face in Crisco and given oil based skincare a chance . 💧This Watery Oil Drop is perfect for these hot summer months. I am in love with Klairs products at the moment and how effective they are on my skin. The Fundamental Watery Oil Drop has been one of my favorites so far! ❤️I love how light the oil drop is. Because of this, i'm able to use it in the morning as well as the evening. ❤️I love how it barely has a scent (considering I am sensitive to smells) ❤️It leaves my skin bouncy, soft, and moisturized. ❤️Overall, It is a great addition to my skincare routine!

I have been using the Klairs Fundamental Watery Oil Drop for a week, day and night before I am ready to give this review. Tbh, I really want to like this product but it honestly does nothing for me. It does give you a glowy complexion but that is not what I like usually. When I use it in the day, it takes awhile for the oil drop to settles into my skin and I really do not have the time for that, especially if I want to apply my make up immediately. I also have been getting a few breakout on my face that usually doesn't get breakout. What I do like is that it does feels pretty light on my skin so it is good for Singapore weather. It also doesn't make my face produce more oil than usual so that's good as well. I am going to use it only at night now that I am done trying it out to finish the bottle, it is an ok product, probably just that I can't use it day and night? It will be good for people who needs the extra hydration but not me I suppose.

This product has a beautiful ingredient list -green teas, a ceramide, peptides, a ferment, hyaluronic acid! The only ingredient that I need to keep in mind is ferment Bc ferment has a risk to cause fugal acnes. However I've been using it for the past week as the last step with out extra moisturizer because my skin alrdy plump and moist enough with just the serum alone. The texture is a little more viscous than water. 1 part of oil and 3 parts of water, Klairs fundamental serum is definitely a lot Thinner than oil, fast absorb, skin feel super comfortable and not greasy at all. It has lightweight texture like water as the name suggested but there is a little bit of oily residue once it absorbed, which I don’t mind at all. The Klairs Fundamental Watery Oil Drop is a water based serum for those of you who need a little more moisture but do not like the idea of using facial oils. This product can be used in place of or before your serum step which allows you to have more control and customization of your facial care. The serum comes in a 1.7 ounce glass bottle and contains skin beneficial ingredients such as green tea, ferment extracts, ceramide, and peptides. There are no silicone or paraben ingredients which is a plus in my opinion.

I purchased dear Klairs Fundamental Watery Oil Drop for a highly discounted trial fee in exchange for an honest review. I used this product in place of my usual serum, twice daily, after double cleansing and toning, and before moisturizer and sunscreen (am) or retinol (pm). This watery oil drop can be used as a stand-alone essence or in place of a serum as it states on the bottle, so that what I did. I believe this is my first dear Klairs product. I appreciate the lightness of this formula and the Camellia extract that my skin seems to love. It’s hard for me to get into multi-step routines in the summer because it is so hot and humid here in the DC Metro area, so I really paired it down to focus on hydration and sun protection. I feel this products does a good job of helping to keep moisture in my skin even with no actual oil in it. (I’ve included ingredients and description from Klairs’ site). It’s light enough to even skip my moisturizer some very humid days, and go straight to sunscreen. Other than keeping in the hydration, I didn’t feel much else happening with my skin. I saw this online for $18USD and that’s not a bad price but I don’t know if I would repurchase right away since a little (suggested use is 2-3 drops for face and neck, I used 4) goes a loooong way. We’ll see how this does the rest of Summer and in Autumn coming up in 6 weeks! ☺️
