While trying this product I thought it was a typical cleanser but upon reading the back of the product it is actually a mild or judicial and chemical exfoliator. To use this I had to have clean damp skin. So after washing my face I put a dime size amount on one side of my cheek. After rubbing it in circular motions I saw that particles of my skin began to ball up! I had never had a product like this before so I was so amazed! It smelled fresh and was not irritating on my skin at all. It worked beat of my sensitive skin and I didn't break out at all. I continued to use the product for my other cheek, forehead, chin and nose. All of these areas sucked up all of my dry patches and I had so many! In the end my skin felt smooth and I really think that it did something to my skin. The next day when I applied a foundation tint it glides smoothly. The makeup I had on looked like my skin. I would definitely keep this product and use this again!

I can honestly say I have enjoyed all that I have tried from the brand and the same is true with their Exfoliating Aqua Peel Gel. w/ Green Tea. ⁣ ⁣ This is a cellulose exfoliate, formulated with both physical and chemical peeling agents. The moisture-rich cellulose works at a physical level to buff away dead skin cells while a blend of fruit and botanical extracts works at a chemical level to cleanse deeper into the skin. Vitamin C and Green Tea Water helps along the peel to brighten and visibly smooth the skin for a more radiant complexion.⁣ ⁣ I'm a lover of exfoliants and peels like this, I prefer them over the physical exfoliants that have crushed up walnut in them and can make micro tears in the skin (I am looking at you St. Ives). Cellulose doesn't cause damage to your skin like that so it is much gentler. I have used quite a few different peels with various results and this one ranks on the higher end of the spectrum. One out of the 3 times, I use a physical exfoliant with a chemical element in it. Exfoliating helps resurface my skin, minimize the appearance of my huge pores and helps my skin stay youthful. As we get older, our cell turnover rate decreases. Exfoliating is the key to get rid of the dead skin cells and promote healthy and youthful skin. I typically prefer physical, but lately I’m enjoying this @mothermade_global Exfoliating Aqua Peel Gel which can do both! ⭐️ The texture is a slick gel with little cellulose particles for physical exfoliation, and it’s loaded with natural chemically exfoliating ingredients including willow bark, papaya, green tea, bergamot, mulberry and apple. This Exfoliating Aqua Peel Gel with Green Tea caught my attention because it works as both a physical *and* chemical exfoliate. It’s really interesting, at first it feels silky but then, then you feel texture. It’s so cool! I really like it. A mixture of fruit and botanical extracts work as a chemical peel, while moisture rich natural cellulose works as a physical peel. It’s not abrasive at all though, it’s super gentle and refreshing. For those who do not like fragrance in their skincare, there is a very light, fresh scent (smells like green tea to me), so I didn’t mind at all. I’ve been using this twice a week and love how it leaves my skin feeling smooth and looking brighter!

Usually when a product pills it's not a good thing. You know what I'm talking about, right? When a product balls up on your skin it's usually not working. The Mother Made Exfoliating Aqua Peel Gel is one of the most lovely and gentle exfoliating scrubs I have ever had the pleasure of using.  It has a creamy-gel formula that when applied to the skin begins to pill, transforming into a gentle exfoliant. I sometimes experience redness after using an exfoliant, chemical or physical, because of how fair I am but this one did not do that. It feels weird.  Me: It's really cool, I promise.  (Afterwards) Me: Feel your face. I received Mother Made Exfoliating Aqua Peel Gel in exchange for my honest review. I really like using this peel because during use you can see little rolls of dead skin that I've removed from my face. Afterward my skin looks and feels fresher and revitalized. Sometimes if I don't exfoliate or use a peel for several days, then when I put foundation on you can see the dead skin flakes on my face! When that happens I have to remove my makeup, use a peel to remove the dead skin, and then my makeup goes on smooth!

This exfoliating peel was easy to use. It doesn’t have a strong scent which is nice if your very sensitive to smells. After I washed my face I added about a quarter size which probably was too much to my face. As I made small circles the product started to clump up and slide around my face. I rub it about 2-3 minutes then rinsed my face with warm water. When I felt my face after it was smooth and soft, and It didn’t feel too dry.

This was my first time using an aqua peel gel and it pretty much blew me away how nice and gentle it was on my sensitive skin. It is so nice to have something that really gets deep down in there to get rid of all of the nasty dead skin and impurities without irritating my skin. It did not even leave any redness. It does leave my face smooth but I did use a serum and moisturizer afterwards. There is something satisfying about seeing the dead skin rub off right before your eyes. @mothermade_global makes affordable amazing products and this is just another product that proves that.
