I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I love a good moisturizing essence. Layers of hydration work well for my dry skin. I use my essences after cleansing, acids and treatments but just before final moisturizers and sunblock. This essence I found to be a bit drying for my skin. It added no real additional moisture or hydration. It may work well for someone with oily skin but if you have dry skin, it will likely make no difference. I would not recommend this product for dry skin.

I recently had the chance to try a Calendula Deep Moisture Essence by Aprilskin thanks to @0.8l_usa. This is a great product, especially for those with dry skin. My face immediately feels soft, smooth, and luxurious. The scent is not overwhelming and the essence itself isn't really oily. Great for those with sensitivities.

In Korean skincare essence delivers a powerful dose of hydration and prepares the skin to better absorb the products that follow. The essence has antibacterial and antiseptic properties which help with acne while also having several hydrating ingredients for dry skin so all skin types will benefit. The flowers never roll around or bunch up, and never end up all over my pillows. I wake in the morning with softer skin, and when I use it during the day, it leaves a glow. I see why this product is a cult favorite! I received this product late so I wasn’t able to use it for a long period of time to give a true review on it. The time but I did have it I can review that and revisit as I continue to use it. I purchased this product during the trycampaign for a discounted price from 08Liter. This is the 6th item that I have from April skin. This 🌼Calendula Deep Essence come in a nice bottle with a squeeze applicator. Like the rest it has petals from the 🌼calendula flower. This essence is a light weight watery gel that has the same scent as the rest of the calendula line very soft scent. It goes on smooth and dries extremely fast when rubbed on the skin. Once it is dry it leaves the skin with a matte finish. My skin did feel soft, but I would need to keep using it to tell if my skin feels more moisturized.

April skin calendula Essence is the second Aprilskin product that I tried after the calendula cleanser! It has petals of calendula that is good for the skin ,plus I love after using it my skin is so soft !! I do not like that it takes around 10 min to get absorbed by my skin but is worth it!! Aprilskin Calendula Deep Moisture Essence After cleansing and toning, using an appropriate amount, rub and gently pat until absorbed. Leaves skin feeling moisturized without feeling sticky and tacky. Although it’s pleasing, It does have a strong scent, that eases over time. I love how it makes my face feel afterwards.

I received April Skin Calendula deep moisture serum for testing purposes. It has really nice scent and has small flower petals inside the bottle. The packaging is nice and clean nothing to complain about. I used it about a week and it is not enough time to see any result, but it felt nice on the skin and my skin felt soft afterwards. It has bit sticky texture and I think it will work great under makeup. I will definitely continue using it.

Aprilskin Calendula Deep Moisture Essence is a try a for a honest opinion. Aprilskin makes good products and this essence does its job. You wash you face then apply all over your face and pat to absorb. It has a nice scent to it. You don't need much of it. When I use it, it takes a while to absorb on my face. It made my face smoother since it was sort of dry.

It is also made with only EWG verified ingredients, making it safe for sensitive skin.  What I enjoy about these Calendula product is that they smell like honey citron. As soon as I opened the box for the product, I could already smell it and I haven't even opened the bottle yet.The bottle itself looks pretty hefty, it is 100g and comes with a dropper top, which to me, doesn't seem to work that well. Other than that, it is very reasonable in size and product.  The essence feels more like a serum, it has more of a jelly like texture and if you look closely, you can see the tiny flower petals. This essence is said to help brighten complexion and help in smoothing out the skin. It also helps balance oil levels and tighten pores. The essence does have anti-inflammatory effects and even soothes and protects the skins. 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒂 𝑫𝒆𝒆𝒑 𝑴𝒐𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑬𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 I’ve been testing out this essence for a few weeks and it’s been truly lovely. It claims to work instantly to hydrate and soften skin, while tightening pores, and reducing oil. It’s main ingredients are whole Calendula flowers, hyaluronic acid, and anti-sebum P which is a patented pore care formula containing evening primrose, kudzu root, and Japanese Elm. I’ve been using this in place of my normal HA serum, and it’s absorbs I to my quickly, and leaves the skin instantly plump, and hydrated. The little bits of flower petal that are suspended in the serum melt into the skin without a trace. This essence/serum retails for $24 for 3.52 oz which is a great price for such a large amount of product.

I have been trying alot of products from #Aprilskin and I have to say I am very impressed. This essence is really moisturizing and it does seem to be firming as well. Bonus, it also smells great.
