It was such a nice sunny day today, and finally my energy is returning to me, got some house organization moving forward. Had I planned better I would've taken some more photos but alas I was too focused on household things. I hope you had some nice weather near you. So today I wanted to give a quick review of this new @aprilskin_global calendula essence I bought off @0.8l_usa cuz I was bored one day and I am fascinated by calendula skincare. I feel like if cica products aren't as soothing for you, then calendula is a good alternative. This is 80% calendula flower water, and it also includes hyaluronic acid and a handful of other tasty plant extracts. This I found was especially fantastic for after acids or peels. Very cooling/soothing and leaves a smooth finish. I was intrigued to try this brand after all of the instagram advertisements and I wasnt disappointed! This is from Aprilskin (love the name since my birthday is in April) and this is the Real Calendula Deep Moisture Essence. There are actual flower pieces inside that do appear to rub in of dissapear. A little of this essence goes a LONG way and it does take a minute or so to soak in but once it does I do feel a difference in the moisture levels of my skin. The glossyness goes away after a few minutes but it keeps my skin plump and hydrated. I use this product after my timer and before another essence (the Dr. Jart Ceramidin Liquid). This routine seems to be doing to trick. I dont think this product breaks me out but I have been having a little but of trouble skin but I think it's from a on AHA product I have since stopped using. I'm going to keep this product in my routine for the foreseeable future. Thanks 0.8L for allowing me to test this for a trail fee in exchange for my review.

My husband and I are actually using this product - ❕This product claims to: • soothes and protects skin with its healing property • antiseptic, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties againts acne • shrinks pores • hydrate skin with 5 hyaluronic acids - 🌱 It is good to know that this product has no: •sulfates • parabens • gluten • artificial frangrance • toxins • irritants - 📋Our Experience: This essence is not lightweight nor heavy. I think it is just somewhere in between. When applying it on the face it feels sticky to touch but once absorbed by the skin it feels less tacky, and layering won't be hard at all. I don't think it did much for me and my husband at this point. I don't think I can see instant results on me. My pores are still the same, pimples are still agitated, sebum production is still the same, no visible improvements. It is not that the product is not as effective as lots people claim. I just don't think 11 days is long enough for this product to deliver its promise of filter-free skin. Also, I believe that everyone will love its scent. For now, all I can justify and prove is that neither one of us experienced irritations. They did a 4-week consumer use study to test and prove the effectiveness of this essence. I'll definitely update this after a few weeks.

So glad to have added this product to my line of AprilSkin products. This item is so easy to apply every night after toner and works perfectly with the cleanser . No scent and super sleek so doesn’t feel neither sticky nor oily on the skin. There’s a lot of product to last a long time . I’ve really noticed my skin feel brighter and more moisturizer after application .

Real Calendula deep moisture essence is a product made in Korea that consists of 80% calendula flowers and 5 hyaluronic acids. This product comes in a beautiful packaging with a full size bottle. The bottle has a droppler for easier application. Product has a very settle calendula 🌸 smell to it. Does not feel thick once applied to the face. Once it has absorbed into the skin it feels very moisturizing. I have applied this at night and woke up feeling more radiant. If you have redness to your skin, this will definitely reduce the redness. The calendula flowers have antiinflammatory properties hence why it is able to really combat redness and calms down acne. The hyaluronic acids helps with creating a brighter complexion and tighter pores which is what most of us all want. I feel more awake and brighter. Small little hyper pigmentations has seem to fade due to the brightening component. My skin feels more soft and is not as thirsty. I give this product a 5/5. Will recommend this to people who have issues with redness, acne and dry skin.

This essence is loaded full of wonderful natural 🌿 ingredients that are fabulous ✨ for anti aging. 77% of the essence is calendula 🌼 flower extract. It helps to heal,hydrate and nourish your skin. It also promotes the production of collegan and slows the development of wrinkles.😃 There are multiple hyaluronates in this essence including hyaluronic acid which helps to reduce lines and wrinkles. It helps skin retain moisture 💧which creates a plumping effect. Also in this is sodium hyaluronate which helps restore💧moisture,smooth wrinkles and improve the texture of your skin. This essence is so good. It smells so sweet and it's a very thick formula. The formula is made up of 80% Calendula. It has 5 Hyaluronic acids and a pore tightening formula that makes this one of the best Essence products I have ever tried.

Hello my 08liter friends, its time for another review & this time, its w something new to me. AprilsSkin Calendula Deep Moisture Essence. I've never tried an essence before, so I was super excited!! I love April's Skin products. Their packaging is so cheerful & they have high quality items. Everyone knows, South Korea has amazing skincare routines & are known for their beautiful glass skin. I have no problem adding another step to my skincare, especially if it works! So what is an essence? Essences combine the various elements of skincare routines in one step: they hydrate and re-balance the skin, as well as,  using highly concentrated levels of active ingredients, enabling a deeper penetration into your skin barrier. Makes sense, right? I've used their peel off mask, their calendula cleanser, & peeling pads, of which I absolutely love them. They do reccomend using this essence w their peeling pads, for optimal results. It works fine w/out the pads too, so don't worry. So, what is in this essence? It's made w real calendula flowers, which helps the skin absorb products into your skin better . It will help all your products absorb easier & deeper, strengthening your skin barrier. I’m so excited to finally have the entire Calendula line! I was able to purchase this at a super discounted rate in exchange for my honest review. Aprilskin is my favorite Kbeauty brand. The products are clean and EWG verifies. This deep moisture essence is such a beautiful product in every way. It’s made with 80% calendula flowers and includes 5 hyaluronic acids. This leaves my skin so soft, hydrated and dewy. The scent is so floral and refreshing.

Evening Primrose supplies fatty acids that cleanse, soothe, and nourish. Kudzu Root purifies, detoxes, and shrinks your pores. Longleaf Pine & Japanese Elm are antioxidants and help heal and regenerate the skin. . I love this final addition to my collection of their calendula line. Hey yall! Hope everyone is doing ok. Still in quarantine here. With the kids home all the time it's a good lil mixture of boredom and crazy lol. So shout out to @0.8l_usa and @aprilskin_global as always for allowing me to try these super awesome products. Today I'm talking about the AprilSkin Real Calendula Deep Moisture Essence. Alot of people dont really know what step of the skincare process an essence should be but I personally use it right after my toner because I believe an essence is something that is supposed to prepare your skin to better absorb the rest of your skincare. Also I was taught to apply thinner more liquidy products first and heavier creamier products last. This essence is really nice. It has just a hint of a scent that is quite delightful. Super easy to use and apply. Absolutely adore the packaging, both box and bottle. It looks and feels very luxurious. It didn't burn my skin upon application. Sinks into the skin flawlessly. It has a really neat texture. Didn't leave my face sticky or greasy. Left me feeling moisturized. My skin didn't feel tight. After the applying the rest of my skincare,my skin felt wonderful.

With the weather changing and the humidity in Texas getting higher I am finding my skin to be more on the oily side. This is the "Real Calendula deep moisture essence" from AprilSkin it is made up of real Calendula Flowers 🌼, this product smells amazing and gives your skin a glowy sensation, it contains 5 Hyaluronic Acids and patented pore tightening formula, therefore, it erases the excess of oil. My favorite thing about this serum is that it feels so refreshing is your skin which would work amazingly if applyed when getting sun burn. it is recommended to apply after cleansing your skin. Hi Everyone! I've got a review here that I really wanted to get up for you. it's from AprilSkin and it's their Calendula Essence. I used it as much as I could before reviewing because I had to begin a 21 day trial for another company's facial essence.i honestly just wanted to continue using the Calendula Essence because its truly amazing.First of all it's just pretty to look at! With little bits of flower in a see through jar its lovely on the vanity. It is a bit thicker than a toner that's because you use it differently. it's made to be "patted" or "tapped" into the skin to deliver hydration to deeper layers of the dermis and this one goes deep.it feels a little tacky at first but once it absorbs in it delivers softness and suppleness that is incomparable. I had noticeably "plumper & bouncier" skin.It also brightens skin and lends a radiance to your complexion. I ABSOLUTELY love it and you will too! Aprilskin recently sent me their Calendula Deep Moisture Calendula Essence, which I was super stoked about because it's been on my wishlist for a while now. Since it is now April, I found it only fitting to share this beauty! Product overview: 🏵️Infused with 80% real calendula flowers that help control excess oil, moisture balance, and calm the skin. 🏵️Formulated with Aprilskin's patented blend of 5 Hyaluronic Acids and pore tightening technology. 🏵️Calendula has wonderful anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. 🏵️In addition to calendula, other ingredients inclued sodium hyaluronate, allantoin, betaine, lavender extract, & evening primrose extract. The product comes in a chic hard plastic bottle with a standard dropper applicator. It has a very pleasant citrus-lemon scent to it, which I really enjoy. The little calendula pieces dissolve upon contact with the skin, which I find to be very interesting. The consistency is a viscous, semi-thick gel, but feels very lightweight on the skin. It has a smooth texture but it does remain tacky while drying down or until applying your other products. Since it is a thicker consistency, you only need to use half a dropper for your face-- it honestly feels more like a serum than an essence. I find it absorbs best by gently massaging it into the skin, then patting it in for better absorption. It does layer well and penetrates deep into the skin's barrier to deliver lasting hydration. Since I have been using this essence my skin looks more refined, more supple, and feels much more smooth than before. When I first started using this I had an inflamed bump on my chin, and by day two of using this the blemish had diminished significantly in size and redness, and had pretty much disappeared altogether. I have also noticed every time I use this, my skin always has such a nice healthy glow to it.
