It’s been quite awhile since I reviewed an 0.8L product so I was excited to try this Calendula essence. It’s comprised of 80 percent calendula water and a few different types of hyaluronic acids. It’s thicker than water but soaks into skin well. It does feel sticky at first but it will dissipate. This serum is intended is tighten pores, brighten skin and leave skin soft. At first I thought the bottle was glass but it’s plastic. It left my skin feeling softer and moisturized. It has a nice scent that’s not overbearing. I need to continue using it to confirm the brightening effects but overall I’m enjoying it in my morning routine. Thank you to 0.8L for sending this in exchange for my honest review.

I was sent a complimentary bottle of Aprilskin Calendula Deep Moisture Essence via 08L to test and review. The texture of this essence is like a slightly watery serum. It comes in a pretty, sturdy bottle with a long dropper. The essence smells like lavender to me, which is one of the ingredients, which disappears once appliesy. The product absorbs fast into my skin. I think it is fine on its own to help with moisture in warmer months, but as the weather gets colder I've found it is better layered under other products. I think it has helped my pores look a little better but will have to continue using it to see if it will give me more dramatic results. This has hyaluronic acid, as well as extracts of marigold, lavender, kudzu, long leaf pine, David elm, evening primrose, and sweet orange. Overall I like this essence as part of my daily sincere routine and will continue to use it. I will consider repurchasing, but want to see how it holds up during the colder seasons.

Today I’m here with a review of I product I received from 0.8Liter. This is the @aprilskin_global Calendula Deep Moisture Essence. This essence is available for $24 on the official APRILSKIN US website. My skin has really been enjoying this essence, & let me tell you exactly why. . First off, APRILSKIN is a natural cosmetic brand founded in South Korea in 2014, and they are all about using only natural ingredients to renew skin cells for a healthy complexion. APRILSKIN has this to say about this essence: “The Real Calendula Moisturizing Essence contain 80% calendula water. They work to restore radiance and suppleness to the skin, while also providing pore tightening effects to the skin with APRILSKIN’s patented pore reduction complex technology.” I’ll have a screenshot of the ingredients available for you to check out. . This essence comes in a plastic bottle with a dropper for dispensing. It has an amazing calendula scent to it that I enjoy. The essence is thin, & a bit thicker than water in consistency, but it is not sticky, & sinks into the skin nicely. The calendula petals inside melt into the skin nicely as well. I apply this after toner, & use about a dropper full of the essence to pat into my skin. My skin feels moisturized and soft after application, & it layers perfectly under my other products in my routine. This is a great essence for those of you with dry/dehydrated skin, & I’m so glad I was able to try this product. . I got this as a gift from 0.8l in exchange for my honest opinion. This serum is very thick but it soaks in nicely. It doesn't just dry on top of the skin. It really soaks in and makes my skin feel soft and smooth. It smells very herbal. I've been using it everyday for about two weeks now and I haven't really noticed any changes in my skin as far as how it looks. But my skin does feel soft after I use it.

All without irritation or stickiness. And is ideal for those with combination-oily skin. The key ingredients are 80% calendula water and five hyaluronic acids. Also contains some natural oils and several flower/stem/root extracts. It’s clear, lightweight, a little viscous, and watery-not at all greasy or oily. And the scent smells like lavender. I applied 2-3 drops on clean and toned skin. It feels very smooth and silky. Pressed and patted for a little while. There was some slight tackiness, but that subsided. Absorption was fairly quick, my skin felt lightly hydrated, and had a smooth semi-matte finish. I also noticed some brightening. There was no irritation or stinging. I was able to use this alone, on my combo skin, under sunscreen. Though I think, once the temperature drops, I’ll need to layer other hydrating products. I’d recommend to combination-oily skin types. This is my first time trying a calendula product. This deep moisture essense is made from whole calendula flowers. It also contains 5 hyaluronic acids and patented pore tightening formula. I really liked this product, I have sensitive skin and did not have any type of irritation at all. It left my skin soft and hydrated without being sticky or leaving behind any residue. This is ideal for people with dry skin. I have noticed my skin is a lot brighter as well from just using it for about 2 weeks. I love the glow that it gives my skin. I wanted to know how the product would leave my skin feeling so after cleansing and toning I applied the essence as directed and skipped out on the rest of my night time skincare routine. The essence has a gel like texture and absorbed quickly into my skin. Immediately after use I didn't really notice any results negative or otherwise, but the next morning my skin was so hydrated and soft! I was pleasantly surprised, my skin felt like I had used my moisturizer the night before! I use the essence twice a day. Oh my gosh! I can't believe I totally forgot to mention the amount of product you get! This bottle is HUGE, almost 4oz of this wonderful essence and for $24! That's a great value for sure! I have enjoyed using the Aprilskin Calendula Deep Moisture Essence, thanks to #08L. Calendula is a flower that is used in conjunction with five hyaluronic acids to create a dewy, glowing complexion that is hydrated. I applied the essence after using my toner. The essence is thicker than most essences but it spreads across the skin easily and absorbs quickly. I love the way my skin appeared after application. I definitely recommend this essence for those of us with dry skin issues.

The Calendula Deep Mositure Essence is amazing soft and supple. I used this passed few nights by washing my face. Taking some liquid on my palm and then tapped it on my skin. It absorbed quite quickly in few minutes. I slept with it on my face overnight. It made my skin supple soft and brighter. Calendula Deep Moisture Essence is made up of 80% real whole calendula flower which gently melts into the skin the moment it's applied. Combined with 5 hyaluronic acids and patented pore tightening formula, you're left with ultra dewy skin for that lit from within glow. I use this essence in the morning and night after my cleanser and toner. It's a light yellow watery gel that is easily absorbed into the skin, and you can actually use a lot without any stickiness. First thing first this smells amazing, I like that the product comes in a convenient dropper dispenser which I personally love because it’s really easy (and sanitary) to dispense just the amount of product I want! The texture is slightly watery, and works into the skin super easily . Just a couple of pats and the product is all worked into my skin! love how easily the essence gets absorbed into my skin! This stuff is simply amazing! When I first felt it I didn’t think that I would like the feel of it but as soon as you go and rub this moisturizer on your skin it honestly feels like water and smells good also! Another amazing thing about this is the free sample bottle will last a while because you don’t need much at a time! There isn’t 1 negative thing to say about this!

Calendula Deep Moisture Essence. First I'd like to thank 0.8liter for letting me try this product in exchange for honest review. I do love it so far it is made out of Calendula tea which has high medicinal properties and grows all over the world and produces different species of the plant. Also it promises to give you that glass skin. This one I'm guessing is from South Korea and I love and adore kbeauty and skincare. So far so great with this one. I've noticed as I've aged my skin is so dry so I really need a ton of moisture. This is a perfect addition to my skin regimen and I do reccomended it for people with dry skin!!

I absolutley love it. I was so happy when it came in the mail. I was pleasantly surprised with the product because it wasnt oily after i applied it and when i woke up the next morning i could see that its name "deep moisture essence" really was true my face felt so soft and moisturized and my complexion looked brighter i would 100% reccomend this product.

Not only is the packaging cool, but the product is too!! I love this moisturizing essance. It goes on very smooth, it doesn't make my skin feel greasy and it doesn't dry it out either. Ive got the normal combo skin with my t zone being a little oily. But with Calenula after cleansing my skin it feels light fresh and clean. I highly recommend Calenula!

the Calendula deep moisture essence works amazingly I only put a little on my face & it covered my whole face. it made my face feel really soft and nourished It smells like flowers out of a garden it smells wonderfully not too strong but not too weak. it's definitely worth the buy.

I am fairly new to the korean skin care world and I am always on the lookout for good hydrating products that are not heavy on the skin. The Calendula Deep Moisture Essence is great if you are looking for a product that hydrates your skin instantly without being oily or greasy. It has a wonderful scent to it, that is subtle and not irritating and it doesn't linger for long. Its consistency is lightweight and not tacky at all, which happens a lot with serums and essences. After applying it, you get an instant feel of hydration and glow to your face. It didn't irritate my skin at all and I was left with a pleasant hydrated fresh face after using it.
