I received the very very artemisia balance essence to try. the artemisia in this essence help even skin tone, sooth irritation and redness, nourish, and improves skins condition and vitality. after cleaning your skin you pat the essence on to your face. the texture is almost like a water texture. it had just a slight smell, that smelled like nature. the essence observed into my skin instantly. my face felt instantly like it had much more hydration. it did not leave my face feeling sticky or oily like some other products I have tried. I plan on rotating this essence in with my skin care products I currently use.

I really enjoyed this essence. I love the way it feels and calms my skin. I use it to make DIY sheet masks and my skin feels so refreshed. I love how soft and plump my skin feels afterwards as well. It also has a calming aroma from the natural scent of the mugwort.

I was a bit hesitant when I received this product because I wasn’t really sure what it was and I thought it was a myriad of ingredients. After doing some research I realized that it is truly 100% mugwort which is one of the best herbs for your skin. My skin has been so glowing and bright after I use this and it’s the perfect skincare foundation for the rest of my treatments and serum’s and honestly I would say this is probably my new Holy grail!!! Herbal scent is sooooo good. 😊🧡 Decided to grab the lightweight cream (bought at a discounted price, yay!) and getting the ampoule next. - - - - - - - - - Short review: - - - - - - - - - Artemisia or mugwort is soothing and calming and hydrating. It makes my skin happy which makes me happy too. 😍 The essence contains 100% Artemisia Capillaris Extract that has antibacterial and antioxidant properties. It’s liquid and quickly absorbed, it’s what I was hoping Missha Artemisia Essence is, not sticky. Vely Vely is the better choice for combination to oily skin. The cream contains Artemisia Capillaris Extract, Glycerin, and Squalane. It’s light brown with a lotion-cream texture. Stays dewy (and sticky on my skin 😞) but not heavy. Normal to dry skin will like this. Both essence and cream are free of alcohol, fragrance, and essential oils.

@velyvely_official sent me this artemisia balance essence to me for free for my review. I’ve tried it for the past week. This is just...not doing anything. I have to review it today because of the rules, but it’s not enough time to truly test skincare. I wish companies understood that. At this point, probably would not repurchase it because I like my other essences much better. I also don’t like the scent of the product. It smells sickly sweet and definitely puts me off. This was just like putting sticky smelly amber-colored ater on my skin.

I have been using this essence for the last few weeks and I really love how gentle this is on my skin. I use this morning and night and I noticed my skin looks more radiant and moisturized. I love this added all natural boost to my skincare regimen and I would recommend to anyone.

This is a great product for the skin . I love how fast it absorbs into my skin, and the scent is very light and almost earthy . I like to use this along with my skin care regimen nightly , and in the morning before applying makeup as well. With the weather getting warmer, and spending more time in the sun , I most definitely need something to moisturize and brighten my skin . I was recently given this product to try through 0.8L and the Brand. I am falling in love with Essence products. I have different ones for different things. This one from VelyVely is one I use daily mostly in the morning and sometimes at night depending on the day. The main ingredient Artemisia is also known as Mugwort. It is a ingredient that is great for all skin types according to my research though it looks to be best for oily and combo as it does the most for that them. For oily/combo it helps moisture balance as well as oily balance then it also helps with healing acne. Dry skin can use this for the calming effects as well as the moisturization. When the product arrived the packaging was seal which to me is important as it means no tampering has occurred. The bottle had a seal on the pour area which was another great thing. Once I opened it and used it the first time I did not get any type of scent from it. The liquid is not oily and is also fast absorbing. After using it a little over a month now I would say it is definitely moisturizing and does help to sooth the skin. I had a bad allergy moment during this time and used this every night during which time I did not get all the redness around the nose. this is a really good toner. it really doesn't have a scent. I like that it doesn't smell like anything so I'm not stuck smelling it all day long on my face. it absorbs well and it only takes a few seconds to dry so it doesn't clash with what comes next in my skincare. it balances my skin pretty well. I like it and would recommend it
