VELY VELY Artemisia Balance Essence

This is my review for a product from kbeauty brand Vely Vely. I have loved this brand for a while now ever since trying their Aura Honey Glow Cushion. The product I'd like to share with you here is the Artemisia Balancing Essence/Toner which you've probably already heard of since its trending right now and for good reason too! This stuff is a true beauty elixir and offers benefits galore for any skin type. Even sensitive skin can reap these benefits. This "essence" or Toner whatever you want to call it ( I call it a plus! ) because it really is a multi-tasker. It removes any left over traces of dirt or makeup and helps balance the skins PH like a toner but also preps skin to help it absorb the ingredients of the rest of your skincare products in your routine. So yeah, two products, two steps in one is a bonus. NOTE: You may use a toner with this product if you'd like to, no problem. It contains 100% pure Artemesia which is sort of an "umbrella" term. Artemisia is actually: a large, diverse genus of plants with between 200 and 400 species belonging to the daisy family Asteraceae. Common names for various species in the genus include mugwort, wormwood, and sagebrush. (Source-Wikipedia) anyway, this wonderful, magical ingredient  contains lots of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants and it effectively Evens Skin Tone, Moisturizes, Nourishes, minimizes pores and brightens the complexion. It will also calm redness and irritation caused by dryness or inflammation. It has also been dermatologist tested safe for sensitive and all skin types. I love this beauty juice and this "blend" of Artemisia and what it does for my skin! im betting you will too! I have heard very good things about artemisia essence. The bottle and packaging communicates a very natural product with muted tones of gold, green and brown. the scent also is very natural, it smells warm like honey with a being of flowers. The essence itself absorbs quickly and I love that it's hypoallergenic! It's a good moisturizer, but not for me.

Korean Artemisia toner 🌱 I'm a big fan of Korean toners. 🇰🇷 This is the third artemisia one I have tried, so it was fun to see how they compared.  They just say this is Artemisia extract, but presumably there is a small amount of preservative. It is alcohol, and essential oil free.  This is a water like toner with a mild herbal scent. Compared to the other artemisa toners I didn't find this as scented. It calmed my skin down, and provided a bit of hydration. Good for irritated skin when you don't want to hurt it.

I really love this essence. It’s very lightweight and soothing while simultaneously being very hydrating. It might sound weird but I think it kind of smells like gingerbread and I love that. I prefer this to other mugwort essences I have tried.

I have been wanting to try an Artemisia essence for a while. This was a great first one to try! I have only been using this for about a week, so my results are minimal. But from what I’ve experienced, it’s a pretty good essence. It’s not very moisturizing but it absorbs well and I can’t wait to see what results I get with continued use!

I am so glad I had the opportunity to try Vely Vely Artemisia Balance Essence. Artemisia helps calm and soothe redness on the skin while also healing acne breakouts. It also has Vitamin A which is great for skin renewal and regeneration. It also has Vitamin C which brightens and protects the skin. The product is pretty easy to use, after washing and cleansing face, just apply essence to a cotton ball or pad and gently wipe on face. Or you can put some in you hand and pat on face, neck and chest until the liquid is absorbed. You can use the essence either morning or night, I chose to use it every night . So I noticed it was very watery, clear with a light herbal scent. It felt very refreshing to my skin but it is a little messy if I just pat on face. I think it works better on a cotton pad and cleanses better too. That is about it, I didn't notice anything different from other products that I have used in the past. Other than my face feeling fresh I really haven't noticed anything else. I will continue to put on every night since I have only been using for a week in a half. The bottle is nice and good size so I am excited to keep using till the bottle finishes.

I think this product is really nice! This is my first time using an essence and my first time using an Artemisia product. The consistency is very watery, much like a toner. It is like a very warm amber, dark reddish gold kind of color. It smells a bit like cinnamon, not exactly, but that kind of spicy. It is very, very gentle and hydrating. I do think it helps to hold in moisturize when used regularly. I used this exactly as the instructions say, and put several drops into my hands and apply it that way. I know in the US we typically are used to using a cotton round and applying very liquid products that way instead but it works pretty well to just pat it onto your face with your hands and I honestly prefer that means of application. The smell goes away quickly and it does go nicely with my other products when I mix and match. I am excited to see what the long-term benefits are.

Is an essence with natural Artemis extract to hydrate and soothe the skin. I am a fan of essences, and I am very happy to have this one in my routine that will allow me to improve my skin🥰

This is my first time trying Vely Vely product and i like it. As its not greasy and it absorbs really good. Its easy to apply i just put it in my palms and pat it into my face. 🌺 This product hydrates and revitalize your skin. 🌺 I like that this product also dose not have a lot of ingredients in it.

Thank you Vely Vely for giving me the opportunity to try Artemisia Balance Essence. 🌱This essence if made of 100% Artemisia extract which is great for sensitive skin because it heals and hydrates the skin. 🌱After using the essence, it was very hydrating and refreshing. I think this is great for nourishing skin while also restoring the skin. 🌱I have redness on my cheeks because of acne scars and this essence was great for relieving the rednessand evening out my skin tone. 🌱I liked how it is very simple, yet very helping to sensitve skin. 🌱This can also be used as a mask for a certain sensitive spot. All you have to do is wet the cotton with the essence and leave it one for 10 minutes. 🌱Overall, the essence is great for sensitive skin such as uneven skin tone, acne scars, or dry skin. I really like how it is very light while hydrating my skin.

REVIEW OF VELY VELY ARTEMISIA BALANCE ESSENCE I received this product from @08L_usa as a complimentary for testing purposes. KEY INGREDIENTS The packaging says "100% Artemisia Capillaris Extract" 📌Can be used right after cleansing as the very first step of skincare routine 📌It is a watery like consistency 📌Provides hydration to the skin without stickiness or tackiness 📌Sould be stored away from direct sunlight and in the cool place 📌The scent is very minimal and doesn't stay on the skin after application 📌The scent is herbal a bit, but not overpowering. I skip the toner most of the days, so this essence is good enough for my skin after double cleanse. I have been using it for around 2 weeks almost every day. I didnt notice a major change in my skin. The good thing it didnt irritate or breakout my skin.

I got this Vely Vely Artemesia Essence just in time since I kind of wanted to try a new essence even though I'm barely halfway finished with my Nacific Essence. But that's a story for hopefully another post. Ingredients (LITERALLY ONLY ONE): 🍁 100% Artemisia Capillaris Extract I was surprised this was basically pure mugwort essence since this didn't really have that fresh, earthy mugwort smell you find with most mugwort products. When I dabbed a little on my hand and sniffed it (not like 🌿) it didn't really smell like anything, but once you actually apply it, then you can actually smell the mugwort "scent". I really liked this mugwort essence as I found it to be much more calming than other mugwort products I've tried. I'm guessing it's because this one is PURE mugwort extract, rather than it being blended with other ingredients. It really helped to calm my oddly strange redness I've been getting around my cheek area, probably (and hopefully!) due to the changing weather.

I am so pleased with the whole Vely Vely Artemisia Return Set my skin really loves it. Thank you once again @0.8liter and @VelyVely for letting me try my Artemisia Balance Essence for a small price in exchange for my review I am beyond grateful these products are life changing for someone like me with rough texture and scarring this stuff really helps smooth and soften my skin making it look healthy and glowing. I’ve been using the essence right along side the Artemisia Return Cream and Ampoule and it’s a noticeable difference since before I started using. The essence contains 87% Pure Artemisia (Mugwort) extract and the rest is an added solution to make it a skincare product. It’s the truest Artemisia product I’ve ever tried and boy can you tell the difference! Since using my oily skin is balanced out, no breakouts or redness, smooth texture, majorly hydrated, and overall healthy glowing skin. I absolutely recommend. Excellent brand, if you haven’t tried anything from Vely Vely you should look into it there’s something for every skin type.

I recieved vely vely Artemisia balance essence as a gift and so far I like it. It is the first essence in skin care routine that makes your skin healthy. This product is enriched with nutrition from Artemisia. It leaves your skin hydrated and it also revitalizes your skin. Smooths out irritations and redness from your skin. Helps refine your skin texture and it is even dermatologist tested. I always suffer from redness to the face and this product really helped me. My skin felt so much refreshed and cleaned after I used it. I use it every morning to my morning routine. It is quick and easy. I gently put the product on a cotton swap and gently sweep it onto my skin. Dries quickly and it doesn't have a powerful odor. I personally find it quite mugwort to be pleasant but I’m sure there’s some who may not enjoy it. 🌿Ingredients: Single ingredient - artemisia capillaris extract, known for its anti-inflammatory properties. 🌿Application: I use this as a first essence step, typically shaking out a few drops onto my palms and gently patting in immediately after cleansing. Sometimes if I’m feeling particularly indulgent, I’ll saturate some silcot cotton pads and do a mini mask session with it. 🌿Bottom Line: Unfortunately, I haven’t tried the popular I’m From mugwort essence so I can’t compare the two but I believe that one is a bit more viscous in texture than this one which is very close to water - see last slide. After using this, I do feel there is a soothing and calming effect with redness slightly reduced. My skin feels softer and more supple to the touch. It doesn’t provide any significant hydration but I can just follow up immediately with a moisturizer.
