The scrub packaging is very attractive and I love this brand! The scrub itself has a not so great consistency as the granules are too large to effectively scrub my face. I did scrub lightly so it won’t cause any abrasions. Part of the formula did get in my mouth and it tasted great like sugar! After cleansing, my skin felt a little less smoother than I would expect from a normal exfoliator. Based on the sugar granules being too big, I wouldn’t rate this very high. If that issue was fixed, it probably would be one of my favorites.

This product is the Cacao Black Sugar Head Off. It’s a powerful scrub that leaves your feeling & looking amazing! Black sugar is a natural source of glycolic acid & alpha hydroxyl acid, that penetrates deep in the skin, breaking down the so called ‘glue’ that bonds skin cells & encourages skin cell turnover. So it’s good stuff! Let’s look at the 3 main ingredients: - Cacao - is very good at preserving skins moisture balance - Aloe Vera - promotes the faster healing of blemishes, as well as protecting skins hydration - Black Sugar Extract - removes dead skin cells Directions: They suggest that you cleanse first then use the scrub. You also want to keep it away from the delicate areas like your eyes & lips. Then gently massage for up to 1 minute. Rinse w warm water. My thoughts: This is a great little scrub! It really leaves your skin very soft & glowy! I don’t have a lot of black heads, bt even if I did, I’d still use the scrub. Why? Well, because the way it makes my skin feel & I’m not joking about the glow either! It’s kind of like a mini facial. It dissolves all of your dead skin, while the black sugar penetrates deeply removing all congestion you can’t see, leaving your skin fresh & looking like a baby’s bum. It’s a little rough, so you don’t want to buff too hard or too much, you don’t have to to get the effect you want. Just a light massage is all you need & you’ll be happy w the results. If you do suffer from pimples & black heads, this will work amazingly! My son had some pimples that were under the skin & this cleared them up almost overnight. There was an obvious difference. This is a great exfoliating scrub that everyone must try. It helps to remove unwanted dead skin cells, and sebum. After using this, my skin feels smooth, soft, clean and clear. It made my blemishes and pores less visible. I love the sugary texture and the smell of the cacao that I wanted to put on my hot milk, just kidding. I love this scrub. I did not regret to buy and pay shipping fee only. 🍫This product is suitable for all skin types. 🍫It has an excellent effect in removing blackhead on the nose and prefecrly scrubs away dirt and dead skin cells. 🍫 The little and soft particles of the black sugar provides and effective exfoliant, smudges accumulated dead skin cells off from the skin.

The Skin House Cacao Sugar Scrub is a brown sugar and cocoa face scrub. My skin is very dry so it isn't ideal for me but it would be great for those with oiler skin. Brown sugar removes impurities and softens the skin. I thought this would be perfect for my desert like skin but it seems to irritate it further. This is a good, simple, cacao and sugar exfoliating scrub. The sugar particles exfoliate nicely but I wouldn't want to use this more than once or twice a week, it's too much, at least for me. It feels like there's just enough oil or something to bind everything together so you can scoop it up neatly and use it, but not more than needed for that. There is a pleasing cocoa scent that's not overwhelming and fades quickly. Nice.

I enjoyed this scrub. I use it once a week as it is quite abrasive. I gently pat a light layer onto my skin and then steam to dissolve the sugar some before lightly exfoliating. The scent is incredibly yummy!

The #cacaosugarblackheadoff from @theskinhouse is nice! It smells really good, like chocolate and has aloe and black sugar and a few others to help your skin.. the black sugar exfoliates and sheds the dead skin.. it has a thicker consistency so I use a few drops of water with it to help it lather better.. It does help with getting rid of blackheads too.. just massage the product over nose & chin for 2-3 minutes and rinse away!! it's also a huge jar so it'll last a while.. really like this product!

I liked this product. It was a little rough on my skin but left my skin smooth. I didn’t really notice a difference in my blackheads. I didn’t mind the smell but it was not really pleasant. I like this brand but I probably wouldn’t buy this specific product again.

The Skin House Cacao Sugar Black Head Off Scrub is effective in removing blackhead and scribing off dirt and dead skin cells. The black sugar helps exfoliate the skin to make it smoother and softer. Not only does it have black sugar but also aloe, cacao, camellia sinuses leaf and many more. I use this after cleansing my skin and leaving my skin damp. I do use a little bit of water to mix with the scrub to soften it a little and to make it easy to spread over my face. The black sugar particles are bigger but do dissolve when you gentle massage the face. I love the scent which smells really good like chocolate. The I rinse my face with cool water. Then apply the rest of my skin care. I definitely feel like it did its job to remove dry skin since my skin was peeling a bit from the cold and dry weather. I'll recommend this scrub to anyone who has blackhead or drier skin that needs softer and smoother skin. I would not suggest this to some who has active break out that are moderate or severe. I would wait until the acne is minimal to use this or avoid areas that are active, you choose to use it. Overall, really like the scrub and would buy it again.

🍫 I purchased @theskinhouse_official Cacao Sugar Black Head Off from @0.8l_usa for a reduced price recently since I was in the market for a new #scrub ! 🍫 CLAIMS 🍫 - Excellent effect in removing blackheads - Deeply hydrates skin and provides nutrients - Gently polishes away dirt and dead skin cells 🍫 PACKAGING 🍫 - Small plastic tub with twist off cap - Minimal text, simple design 🍫 MAIN INGREDIENTS 🍫 - Black Sugar Extract (exfoliant) - Cacao Extract (moisture and balance) - Aloe Vera Extract (healing) 🍫 TEXTURE AND SCENT 🍫 - Extremely gritty and quite harsh if you have sensitized skin - Rather thick product around the sugar, but you don’t need much if you apply to damp face - My skin did feel soft and lightly hydrated after use, but it was really quite painful to use - Smells so delicious. Like dark chocolate - I found it warmed up immediately in my hands. The Skin House Cacao Sugar Black Head Off works well to exfoliate and renew skin. The sugar in the product makes the exfoliation easy enough for regular use but tough enough to be effective. You simply use your favorite cleanser, follow up with the sugar exfoliate, rinse and use your favorite moisturizer. It left my skin feeling clean, hydrated, and ready to take on the day!

Happy #texturetuesday! I know that chemical exfoliation is better for the sensitive skin on your face, but there is something about a scrub that just feels so satisfying! The Skin House Cacao Sugar Black Head Off scrub uses sugar particles to scrub away dry skin, so I’m left soft but not irritated. I especially love this scrub for my chest, it leaves my skin GLOWING and moisturized. The scent is delicious too- a little chocolate and a little coffee. I prefer to use it in the shower as it can be a little messy, but all in all it’s a fun scrub to use!

It has a mild Cacao/Chocolate scent a little thick and very eady to use. Apply small amount with finger tips,work in then rinse off with lukewarm water. Highly recommend

*The Skin House ~ Cacao Sugar Black Head Off* Loved how this left my face feeling soft and clean and light and airy. It didn’t make it itch or dry out and flaky like most blackhead scrubs. I recently found out I have eye allergies and that some of the face products I use exacerbate the symptoms to the point I can’t wear my contacts or make up for days. Since this is hypoallergenic it didn’t give me any of those problems. I loved the smell, it was like a caocao coffee sugar sent. Delicious. After I used it for the first time it was like my blackheads we’re literally massaging themselves out of my nose and chin 🤯 When I was finished it left my face feeling less bloated from my stupid trapped pores.
