I was trying to excited to try this because it says it removes blackheads however it disappoints me that it does not all it really is is a facial scrub that is a little on the Sticky Side

#sponsored #08l I jumped at the opportunity to try this product by The Skin House. The cacao sugar black head off scrub is a formula that claims to get rid of blackheads. I do see it’s exfoliating properties and I did use a Salicylic acid a night before as help to loosen up my clogged pores . Together with this scrub it helped clear out a lot of built up dirt and blackheads off my nose. I would use the product a gently as possible on the skin to avoid irritation and discomfort. This product as a whole was very interesting to try but I do see that it’s no clear solution to completely remove and keep blackheads from coming back.

I thought this product was extremely fragrant. It was a gentle scrub for the face, but I don’t know how it removes any blackheads. I think it mostly is just for exfoliation. It did leave my face feeling nice and soft.

As always, The Skinhouse does not disappoint! I love the scent of this scrub, it is so good you might be tempted to eat it, but please don’t. It has a chunky texture due to the sugar crystals, which can cause irritation to sensitive skin, I followed the instructions to use on oily areas, mainly my t-zone. I have to say my skin felt hydrated after I finished rinsing my face, also no greasiness or tacky skin. Overall it is a good scrub, for me the only issue is the sugar crystals since they feel a bit harsh on my skin, maybe having a smoother texture that still exfoliates would be great.

First thought when looking at the product before even trying it is that the cool black packaging is really sleek looking, and not too overly aimed at women that men would be uncomfortable purchasing it. I also really like that it’s a plastic jar so I can take it in the shower and not be afraid of it breaking and having glass in my shower; I will be sure to recycle it. After I opened it I noticed how incredible it smelt, it really smells like delicious chocolate. You really get a great exfoliation from this product, rubbing it in circular motions is the way to go, just be gentle with it because it’s really easy to over exfoliate because it feels so good. I also really like that the product disintegrates and doesn’t leave anything harmful in the drain for the environment. If I could change one thing about this product it would be the name, everything about it is such a beautiful experience from the way that it looks to the way the it smells, to the way that it feels, and of course ultimately how wonderfully effective it is, so then when I look over to the side and I see the words “blackhead off” I feel a tad bit less luxurious. Simply calling it a sugar face scrub or exfoliant would be completely self-explanatory enough in my opinion and would raise the overall experience by a lot just by taking the words “black head off” out. Other than that very minor detail this is an incredible product that I would absolutely recommend, and see myself repurchasing again.

The Skinhouse Cacao Sugar Black Head Off is an absolute game changer 🤯🤯 I love ❤️ the packaging. It is sleek, simple, and easily recognizable. I appreciate when products such as this one come with a little spatula for dispensing. It helps keep the product clean from bacteria and oils. I am sure our faces appreciates 😁 the gesture as well. I got the amazing scent as soon as I took the lid off. It smelled like Creme Brulee. The delicious, inviting aroma of caramelized sugar 😋 smells good enough to eat. One of my favorite brands (The Skin House) has this incredible Cacao Sugar Black Head Off Scrub. I tried it this week courtesy of @0.8l_usa for my authentic assessment. my face is sensitive and borderline dry so I was hesitant to use this on my face, but I found the perfect alternate use! I've been hospitalized for over four years. I was too screwed up to care about any of of self care for over two years. I'd been working on getting my face back in shape. I realized abruptly that the dull, dry skin on my body needs attention too. the main components of this scrub are cacao, glycerin, honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, pumpkin, tomato, thyme and mallow extracts, black sugar and aloe vera. it's exfoliating and hydrating, I love to use it on my arms, chest, neck... anywhere that might actually be visible to everyone. I've actually gotten compliments regarding how bright and health my skin is looking. Performance wise, it's everything you could ask for in a exfoliating scrub. it's like wax on, wax off, the sugar crystals dissolve easily so it's pretty impossible to do yourself harm with it, just enough to take away the dead skin cells and leave your skin porcelain smooth, hydrated and soft. it really does smell good enough to eat. I have an aide that's pregnant and she offered to test the taste 😆 she was serious about it, and I had to take it back from her. i feel bad for that 🥴😆

I really enjoyed the face scrub, it wasnt harsh at all like some scrubs. It literally made my face so clean, bright, and very moisturized.I plan on continuing to purchase thos scrub because it is the best I've ever used. However, I had never used a sugar scrub until now because scrubs as I mentioned can be harsh but not this one. I highly recommend this face scrub.

It can be abrasive which is great to get deep into pores, so use carefully and don't apply too much pressure when using. Scrubs my skin to a youthful glow. REVIEW TIME! The Skin House Cacao Sugar Black Head Off *contains Black Strap Powder, Cacao Extract, Honeysuckle Flower Extract, Chrysanthemum Flower Extract, Pumpkin Fruit Extract and Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract I will start off by saying that this scrub smells absolutely delicious- just like cacao! The texture is quite grainy but rinses off skin easily. Now when I first tried this scrub I honestly found it to be a bit too abrasive for my skin so what I do is add some water and massage the scrub gently around my face. Immediately after using this scrub my skin was noticeably smoother. I have not noticed much difference in the amount of blackheads I have but I will update if there is a change. Overall this is a nice scrub that leaves my skin smoother without causing excessive dryness.

The Cacao Sugar Black Head Off from The Skin House is a great way to exfoliate your skin and remove dead skin cells and black head. It also removes impurities and excessive oil from pores. It looks natural and you definitely can feel the sugar scrub doing it’s job. I think this product is not for sensitive skin and shouldn’t be use daily, because it’s effective and it could over exfoliate easily. Smells great and texture is awesome. I recommend!

Another 5 star product from The Skin House! The Cacao Sugar Black Head Off. The thickness is perfect. Really great at exfoliating. Has a nice mellow scent. Makes my skin feel soft and clean. I don’t really have blackheads so I can’t quote the effectiveness there. I do feel like my pores are clean, and it’s great for all skin types. A new favorite of mine!

I absolutely love this, and it smells amazing! This is gentle and effective. Cacao, black sugar and aloe vera are the key ingredients and the black sugar helps to remove dead skin cells from the skin and balances the moisture level. After the first use all those nasty blackheads were gone. My skin is soft and it looks radiant. This is my holy grail!

For me personally I absolutely LOVE anything that The Skin House has made, but this product truly shocked me. I was a little iffy because I have never really liked facial scrubs, but this has changed my mind!! To start off you only need a little bit of it. Then once you put it on your face you can smell how AMAZING it smells, kinda reminds me of like brownies or chocolate. I used daily with my morning & night time routine. After you wash it off it leaves your face very soft & smooth. I took pictures on Day 1 & then again on Day 2. I can see how much my face is glowing & clearer. The only thing I faced was I scrubbed it on my face way too hard & because of that I ended up breaking out with three tiny bumps that cannot be popped. So DO NOT scrub hard with this product. This scrub is absolutely amazing. It makes your skin feel so soft and healthy and it really does help get rid of blackheads. My only complaint is that it does take quit a bit of product for one wash because it's so thick but it's still well worth it. I would definitely buy this again.
