I initially thought this was an eyeliner and didn't realize it was eye liner plus eye shadow in one. Now I want more colors! The color is very pigmented and buildable. If you are using it as a shadow, you need to work quick to blend, because once it dries, it's really rub proof and waterproof. It won't budge. The gel pencil goes on smooth and love that it comes with a built in sharpener. It doesn't smear, but I noticed a slight fading after few hours.

These double effect waterproof eye pencils are great. I love the colors I got to sample and the champagne gold is so shiny and the midnight black is a perfect black shade. I love that these do not smudge while on and they are waterproof.

I am so impressed with the quality of this Double effect Water Prooof Eye Pencil by Sister Ann.Infact I just threw away all my other eye pencils as there is none that I had and worked as good as these.These can be used as liner and shadow at the same time.I wore it to bed to test it and I got up without any smudges.Yes this is as good as I am saying.This glides like butter and still is smudge proof and water proof.The builtin sharpner saves you from worries of breaking the tip.

I received the eyeliner pencils in Midnight Black and Matte Black I love them both but Midnight Black is sparkly and I just love it so much. I also added a pic after I put my nose ring back in definitely cried a bit and the eyeliner didn't budget at all

The Sister Ann Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencil is an amazing eye liner. The color is beautiful. I love that they have just a bit of sparkle to them. They are 100% waterproof. It was hard to remove it even with eye makeup remover. They will wear all day without smudging or coming off. The formula glides on easily and doesn't clump up. I will definitely purchase this eyeliner again.

I received the Sister Ann Double Effect Water Proof Eye Pencil complimentary from 0.8L and Sister Ann in exchange for my honest opinion. I prefer using Eye Pencils instead of liquid eye liners but sometimes the tip of the pencils is too sharp which hurts the eye lid. This problem was solved by Sister Ann Eye Pencil. Their tips are a little broader and not sharp at all. The texture of the eye pencil is rich, creamy and smooth. The pencil glides on effortlessly. It is smudge proof and doesnt smear at all..As the name suggests, it is also water proof. The champagne color has a beautiful shimmer to it. The color options available are very beautiful and versatile. Overall I am impressed with these pencils. The only thing that can be improved upon is the thickness of the tip..I prefer sharp crisp finish. Also the tip needs to be sharpened pretty often to get the sharp finish..

It is waterproof, smudge proof and stays on for a long time. You can get it off easily with any makeup cleanser or micellar water. The mini sharpener that comes with makes it easy to sharpen when needed. It is highly pigmented and has a nice color intensity. I got the them in shades matte black and midnight black. I absolutely love them both.

What I love about these pencils is that they are very creamy and easy to apply. They are waterproof and long wear. I was so impressed when I tested the pencil and it didn’t smudge at all. Eyes are a sensitive are, and having eye pencils that are hypoallergenic is a big advantage for me. I love the variety of colors and shades this brand suggest. My brown eye pencils are absolutely gorgeous. I love how they highlight my brown eyes, as the pigments of Sister Ann are more vibrant than the other brands’. I am very satisfied with these pencils.

SISTER ANN Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencil Works great. I love that it works as a eye liner and a eye shadow. It has a twist too. They have many different colors. It is just as good if not better then those expensive brands.

When trying to fix the one that was broken, by using a regular sharpener,it didn’t work great & still isn’t that functional.
