I was very thrilled to get the chance to try out Nice To Monaco Water Wear because I have never tried a toner quite like this one before. I was very intrigued by the ingredients and curious to see how it was going to work on my dry, dull skin. When I opened the product, I was very excited to see it had a push pump top. It gives just the right amount needed in just two pumps. It has a water like texture with no scent that almost feels like a watery gel once applied to your face and you start working it into your skin. It spreads nice and evenly penetrating right into my thirsty skin. It also drys quickly without leaving my skin feeling oily. I really enjoyed how revived my face felt after just one use. I tend to have really dry, flaky skin on my upper cheeks that seemed to go away within just a few days of using. My bright red blemshes are now a faint pink and I also noticed my skin has a nice natural looking glow to it. I was really impressed with this product and how amazing it makes my face feel. I am very interested in trying out other products by this brand! I was very pleased with this Nitomo Water wear skin toner. It had a nice consistency, and was just a tad tacky when dried which doesn't bother me. My face didn't feel heavy or weighed down. I like that there are some more natural ingredients in this toner/water such as Lavendar water and berry blossom complex. This is going on my list as must have items. I've enjoyed using this new toner in my skincare routine. This is Nice to Monaco Water Wear Skin and it does a great job at giving me the extra hydration my face needs. I apply this after I spray my rose water and before my usual moisturizer or oil. Like the name says, the formula is like water and it absorbs right in without feeling tacky or greasy. There is a very light floral scent that I pretty much don't even notice unless I'm trying to smell it. This leaves my face feeling calm, smooth and moisturized and this bottle will last me a while. I was sent this toner free from @0.8l_usa for my testing and review.

I used this with the Nice to Monaco lotion and really enjoyed it. I didn't notice any major changes in my skin but I didn't notice any bad side effects either. My skin soaked up all the toner and the scent was very refreshing. I have oily skin and this toner worked very well with my skin type.

This is my honest review of Nice to Monaco Water Wear Skin (toner) in exchange for this free product. First impressions: I like the crisp & clean unisex look of the black & white packaging. The product explanation says it's a toner to keep the skin smooth and moisturized. As a person with areas of dry & rough sensitive skin on my face sometimes, I'm very interested in how well this product will perform on my skin. The packaging doesn't mention any prep work that I need to do before using. Product use: It felt nice; cool and refreshing. I felt clean & fresh-faced after using. The fragrance was very light and suitable for men or women. Conclusion: I'll probably add this to the products I use regularly.

Step two, Water Wear Skin is a essential toner that is absorbed effectively to keep the skin moisturized and smooth. Contains Chamomile flower water for soothing rough skin as well as Lavender Flower Water and Berry Blossom Complex for moisturized and and vibrant glow. It is watery, thick in consistency clear toner that has pleasant, flowery scent to it. Absorbing quickly leaving smooth and cool to the touch skin. The package is very nice and hygienic and dispenser gives you the right amount for one use. I used it in my 7 skin method with very nice effect (lately it is my go to method for quick checking on good toner) and for every time I use it daily I have that small voice in my head telling me… “I kind of like it” So, it is yes from me!

I absolutely loved this product. I use it everyday. It smells extremely good and it really helps my skin. I use this water wear skin every time I cleanse my face. This antiaging toner is so good. It contains lavender flower extract. It keeps my skin healthy and also soothed. I definitely recommend it.

The NICE TO MONACO Water Wear Skin is a nice toner. It feels very smooth on the skin. The texture looks like it will be sticky but it really is not. I was also impressed with the pump on the actual product, two pumps is more than enough to use. The scent on the product reminds me a bit of a mens cologne but when it dries down you can't really smell the scent. Overall I think that it is a great product and really simple to use. The Nice to Monaco Water Wear Skin is a toner, says the bottle. It says it's supposed to be whitening, and after a few weeks of trying it out, I want to say my skin has whitened a little bit, but I can't really say that it does. It does feel a little cooling when I apply it, but that's all it really does for me. I can't say this toner did a lot for me, but I do appreciate using it to see if it does whiten my skin. I like this product just for the sake of it being a skincare product, but it's not something I would buy for myself, at least for now since I don't really see any results. I received a bottle of Nice To Monaco Water Wear Skin. It's step 02 for all skin types. It's 3.38fl ounce in a really nice, easy to use pump. It's a toner that smoothed and moisturizes skin. It also is for pore care. It absorbs pretty fast with no residue or irritation. It smells nice, but the smell fades pretty fast. It doesn't dry your skin af all. It does make my pores less noticeable. It leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh. I put a pump on my ringers and pat it into my skin all over my face. One of my new favorite toners for sure. I got this courtesy of @0.8l_usa 😊. 🌟This toner is a nutrient rich essential toner that keeps the skin hydrated and smooth. It's formulated with various floral extracts such as chamomile, lavender, peach flower, pomegranate flower, and apple flower. 🌟Scent wise, the toner has a mixed floral scent. It's light and I like it. The toner is packaged in a sleek bottle with a pull-off lid and a pump opening. The product is colorless and it's almost as fluid as water. 🌟When applied, the toner feels hydrating and soothing. It leaves my skin feeling a bit softer as well. It doesn't leave behind any sticky residues and it absorbs quickly into the skin. The toner does seem to help with the oil/water balance of the skin at first, however, the effect is not long lasting. Review time!!!! NICE TO MONOCO WATER WEAR SKIN is an essence type toner that I've been testing for over a week. I fell in love with this product after the first use. This toner works hard at reducing the size of my pores while providing some moisture. I also love that it contains lavender, lime, apple, orange, and sweet cherry extracts. The fragrance is very light and sweet. I highly recommend this lovely product to those that have dry skin. It will not dry out your skin at all. I give it a thumbs up. I'm love by this Nice to Monaco toner. It has a pump dispenser, so it's easy to get what you need. I use 1-2 pumps on a cotton pad. The toner is thicker than water and feels moisturizing. It has a mild perfume like scent. I would recommend this toner. Packaging is also beautiful. I recently received a Korean beauty skincare product from 0.8L USA from reskin cosmetics which is a moisturizer toner and pore cleanser. The name of the product is called Water Wear Skin with its’ main ingredients consisting of “Anthemis Nobilis Flower Water, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Water, Berry Blossom Complex”. Its’ purpose is to tone the skin and supply moisture to soothe areas of the skin that are agitated or have become rough. Not only does it help revive and nourish the skin itself, it also has the ability to leave the skin with a vibrant glow. I also love how the product is made for all skin types instead of only specifying one particular type of skin. The product is very easy to use and ever since I’ve started using it I cannot put it down. P A C K A G I N G : Before we get into details, as always I would like to begin with the packaging of the product. The box from which the product came in is very simplified and unique. As I’ve said countless of times I am totally for anything that is simple yet unique. The color of the box as well as the product is both black and white. The product bottle pretty much has the same information as the box does which is very useful, so when you use it you won’t have to flip back to the box for instructions etc… since there is already a label on the product bottle on how to use. The only thing that bothered me was the bottom end flap of the packaging on the box. It doesn’t really seem secured as it is a match and lock type flap. The package (box) does come with English labels (as well as Korean characters) and everything you would need to know about the product. The other only problem I had besides the flap that bothered me was the instructions on how to use the product properly. It didn’t really give me any specific instructions on how to use so I had to improvise with what little information I had that was given to me. Now a little about the product bottle itself…as I’ve already said, the bottle and box has about the same information on how to use etc… which I find is very helpful and useful. They also both have a compass design on the top end of the product cap and box. The product itself is a pop off cap and pump application applier which is very easy to use and get around with.I generally love anything that is made simplistic and this particular packaging and product bottle is everything. Other than that, the packaging was perfect. P R O D U C T R E V I E W : Now moving onto the actual product itself…I really have to say I am totally in love. Yes, the product is scented with flowers according to the ingredients I’ve mentioned earlier giving it a really fresh and authentic-like scent. The product bottle labels that it contains Chamomile flower water…which I’m not so sure if that is the scent the product gives off or if it is the combination scents of the ingredients combined. Nonetheless I am totally in love with the scent it gives off because it smells so delicate and refreshing. The capacity of the product is 3.38 fl.oz./100 ml which is a pretty decent size and amount to last for a long while depending on how much you use. I am currently using one pump which is…I believe to be about the size of a quarter droplet. As I mentioned before there are no specific details as to how to use or how to apply the product directly to the skin, the only thing it tells you is to “take a suitable amount of the product and apply evenly to the skin”. When I applied it myself I originally used a cotton ball to soak up the water then applied it to my face as evenly as possible but since I wasn’t too fond of that idea I decided to pump the product into my hands (cleaned hands) and then applied it to my face and massaged it into my skin. After applying it, it does leave a little sticky consistence on your face but once it dries up you wouldn’t even be able to feel it as if the product itself has evaporated. Now I usually apply a pump of the product before bed and in the morning after washing up which is my current routine with the product. It leaves the skin moisturized and soft which I really love and also leaves the skin glowing. I feel as if after applying it you can definitely see your skin change into a more livable glow. Although I’m not so sure if that’s just me or whichever. But I believe it definitely sets a difference between your bare skin and skin with the product on. Before I forget to mention…the consistency of the product is of liquid form although it is free-flowing like water I feel that it has a little more viscosity than water has which is different and interesting from all other products I have tried. I admire that the product isn’t directly like water because then I would feel it’s just water instead of something special (but that’s just me). Overall I am truly in love with the product itself. I find it so delicate and unique. I love everything about the product except the two things I did mention earlier about the packaging and labels. If I had to rank it from 1-5, I would rank it a 5 out of 5 being totally in love and satisfied with the product. And for kicks and giggles, this one is definitely #AnnieApproved!

Really like this water base it keeps my face so hydrated and after few uses my face looks so nice and glowing. My face gets so easily dry but after using this my face and complexion looks very well.
