I was lucky to be chosen to receive NICE TO MONACO Water Wear Skin from @0.8l_usa. I've been looking for a good toner to add to my skincare routine. This one is on the watery side but has some "grab" to it when you apply it to your skin, if that makes sense. It has a very pleasant fragrance that dissipates quickly. It felt a bit tacky at first but that disappeared after it fully absorbed, leaving my skin feeling soft and moisturized. This toner is a holy grail item, not only does it remove any left over dirt and grime after washing it rebalances the skin with soothing chamomile. Acne products overdry my face so this brings my face back to life by moisturizing. This has a pump top which is awesome! I use two pumps on a cotton pad after washing and I have definitely seen improvement. I've been using this a little over a week and can visably see my skin looking healthier. It's no longer red, dry and angry! This doesn't clog pores, inflame sensitive skin nor does it cause breakouts with acne prone skin! I am highly impressed!

This is my first time using Nice to Monaco product. The product is very different from other toners because it a pump. I was shocked on how big of the toner. I thought it would be a small sample toner not a normal size toner. I did my normal routinue. The toner is water base with a soapy feeling, so I know it wasn't only water. After using it, my fave became smooth and soft. The toner works for all skin type, so I was happy. I need a new toner during the winter, so I am glad I received it.

an #OK toner. there are definitely more effective toners for the same price or cheaper. regardless, it smells good, feels good, and does a good job of cleaning the skin and prepping the skin for serum and essence.
