WOW what a wonderful product! Thiis water wear skin actually made my pores smaller but although I don't have any before and after pictures. not to mention that it smells so good omg. It smells like fresh flowers. although if you put this before you sleep, you will wake up looking very shiny. Like all the other products I have reviewed it makes your skin very smooth and elastic. Although it is supposed to have a skin whitening function, i haven't seen any difference. So that is why I gave it one less star. But oh boy! It gives me such a nice glow!! it's very liquidy though. But on the bright side there is so much product!

This is the first product I've received to try that I didn't like nor could I figure out how to use the product. When trying to apply the product to my face I could not get it on my face fast enough before it was all over the floor. There is no joke when they call it water wear skin it's just like water. I tried this multiple times to no avail. I never noticed any improvement in my skin while trying this. Nice to Monaco Water Wear Skin is a nutrition abundant essential toner that is absorbed to keep the skin moisturized and smooth. It contains Chamomile flower water for soothing rough and agitated skin. I really enjoy using this product. It is definitely a water consistency, but I just put a couple pumps into my hand and pat it all over. It leaves my face, neck and décolletage soft and my skin has a nice glow to it. It comes in a white and black 100ml pump bottle which is very convenient. A little goes a long way, it spreads very easily over your skin and dries quickly. I have absolutely no complaints about this product. This brand makes great products and I look forward to trying more of them. This is a toner from the Nice to Monaco line under Reskin Cosmetics. They claim this toner will soothe, smooth, and moisturize the skin to make it look nourished and glowing. Although I only got to try this for two weeks, this seemed pretty great! My skin did feel more hydrated than normal and it didn't seem as red and instead looked less dull. All from the addition of this toner! I like to use it two ways: just patting it in for extra hydration, or putting some on a cotton pad and use it as an extra pseudo cleansing step (look at all the dirt that was placed on my skin after all the crazy winds!) It is a clear and slippery liquid that's slightly more viscous than water. It sinks in so fast and plumps my skin nicely, I just love it! And there's this citrus tart smell to the product, which is not overpowering at all and so pleasant to my nose. This one definitely meets my standards for a toner!

Thanks to .08l my fiance and I were able to try Nice To Monaco water wear skin. From my understanding it's good for all types of complexions men or women. Water wear is a toner good for whitening and brightening skin. It has several extracts containing pine and berry compound. It smells and feels light but very moisturizing and not sticky. After applying our skin felt super soft. Great for rough and dull skin. This is basically a hydrating toner. The consistency is a very runny gel and has a very light fresh scent. I like the container as it pumps out the perfect amount. I pump is directly onto my hands and then apply it to my face. This would be perfect for oily skinned gals during the summer for a little bit of hydration. It's also a great toner for any season - it tones and hydrates without drying skin out. However, there are many other toners that provide the same benefits at the drugstore. If I could find this in store, I would purchase again. 4/5 stars.

I was lucky enough to try out Nice to Monaco Water Wear Skin! I seriously LOVE this product, and have used it as a toner in my 3rd step of my skincare routine. After oil cleansing and using a gentle face wash, I applied this toner liberally to my skin. The packaging is nice and the container is huge and contains a lot of product for a better value. The toner has a nice earthy scent and helped to moisturize and prep my skin for serums, essences, and sheet masks. My skin can often be sensitive but I had no redness or dryness with this product. Nice to Monaco Water Wear Skin is a soothing toner that brightens,nourishes and softens skin. It's slightly thicker than your average water toner and it smells lightly of lavender. It absorbs completely into skin leaving no residue. It has a pH of 6. You use it after cleansing and it can also used to sooth irritated skin by soaking some cotton pads and refrigerating them for about 10 minutes then place cotton pads on irritated area for 10-15 minutes. I have been using this in the morning more as a serum than a toner and also to soothe irritated skin. My cheeks have been flaring up and this has helped calm them down and stop the redness/burning. My cheeks flare up from time to time due to health issues and this has really helped. I've only been using this for about a week, but I have noticed that my face feels smooth and soft after I pat it in and it helps keep the redness across my nose and cheeks at bay. I have noticed a temporary brightening effect as well. I really enjoy this product and I like that the scent is very light and that it is so soothing. I am interested to try other Nice to Monaco products as this was my first foray into the company.

This is a light, watery toner that is perfect for the 7 skin method. Dry skin will love it, combo skin might not need to use a lot. There's a light fragnance, fresh smell that dissapeared quickly. Skin is well hydrated after.

Better late than never, right? Maybe? 😅 I've been trying out this Nice To Monaco Water Wear Skin toner for a while now. As a toner, this product follows after cleansing in a routine. The ingredient list holds several natural and floral extracts - chamomile, lavender, peach and apple flower, and pomegranate. All of these cone together to offer up a promise of hydration that is also soothing and calming. I do like the pump packaging, which dispences the perfect amount for application without any waste. This absorbs a little slower than other toners, but I'm figuring this is because this toner is a bit more thick/viscous than the watery toners I typically use. Once absorbed my skin feels hydrated and has no tacky feeling, it's just nicely primed for the rest of my routine.

Typically, I’m used to placing toner on a cotton pad and then patting it on my face to wipe off excess dirt and makeup; however, this product is not designed for that. The formula reminds me strongly of a serum but of a thinner consistency. This toner is directly placed on one’s face, and the aim is to moisturize and whiten. I didn’t notice any changes in my skin tone but it did clear up dry patches on my cheek. With the addition of lavender and chamomile flower water, it soothes and absorbs into the skin quickly. In addition, the lack of chemical ingredients such as paraben is a huge plus.

I've had plenty of time to try this product, on top of using it as a toner, I often use several layers prior to bed as it seems allow my skin some additional moisture and has me waking to skin that's a bit brighter and supple. It has a light scent, somewhat masculine, but I like it. I've had zero ill side effects and enjoy using the product. People seem to like this brand and I'm a fan so far myself. It's a good product. The texture is that of a watery essence, so it applys and absorbs easily. The smell is pleasant and unisex. It has a lot of advertised benefits, including "pore care", but I haven't seen any change to my pores.

I have been using this for about a week now, so I'm ready to give my #review. This Step 2 of the two step process. I thought this was a moisturizer, but in fact, it's a toner! Imagine my surprise when I tried to pump a tiny bit on my finger and all this liquid went all I've my hand! This is a clear, very thin liquid. It's made with Anthemis Nobilis Flower Water, Lavender Flower Water, and Berry Blossom Complex and has a wonderful, light & sweet floral scent! After using the Step 1 cleanser, I pumped one pump of this toner into my hand and applied it all over my face and neck. My skin was left soft and smooth without any sickness or heavy feeling even after applying my moisturizer! This Nice To Monaco Water Wear Skin is hydrating type toner. Nice To Monaco is a brand under the umbrella of ReSkin, a Korean beauty brand whose name stands for "REFRESH YOUR SKIN" ReSkin leads the functional cosmetic industry as a top brand for sensitive skin. This toner is a natural formulation made with niacinamide, French lavender water, berry blossom and floral extracts from six flowers: lime flower, peach flower, apple tree flower, orange tree flower, sweet cherry flower, and pomegranate flower. It works to provides moisture along with soothing softening, revitalizing and brightening benefits. It is suitable for all skin types. This toner which comes packaged in a substantial plastic bottle with an airless pump dispenser has an emollient essence like feel and a barely discernible floral scent. Upon application, it feels lightweight, mildly cooling and nourishing it does a a good job of immediately restoring hydration to my skin. I haven't really seen any brightening or smoothing benefits yet but this product does definitely live up to moisturizing claims.

This is a very new and surprisingly wonderful product,. I was so eager to try it and when it came instantly made it part of my daily routine. It made my skin feel so refreshed and soft. The NICE TO MONACO Water Wear Skin is a toner with niacinamide, chamomile and lavender flower water, and extracts from lime flower, peach flower, apple flower, pomegranate flower, sweet cherry flower and orange flower. It has a light pleasant floral fragrance that quickly dissipates. It is perfect for layering for the 3/7 skin method because it is so lightweight. This toner had the perfect ingredients - it easily absorbed by the skin and it doesn't cause it to dry. It also has Chamomile extract that keeps irritated skin at bay. I, myself, loves this toner.
