The ginseng in the bar was so strong for me that I forgot to capture a picture. Had to wash it off! I don't really use bar soap but I wanted to try it. The little soap holder it comes in is really convenient as well.

This MEDIME Gold Care Cleansing Bar smells amazing! You can feel the tightness of your skin after the first use. Oh, and the gold flakes! love them😍 Not only is it super pretty and looks like luxury, but more importantly it exfoliates 😉 My man enjoyed this even more than me! I'm honestly not sure if I will shell out $50+ for this cleansing bar, but I sure am thankful for the opportunity. Thank you 0.8L!

🌟So I got the opportunity to try another awesome product that I honestly couldn't afford otherwise, thanks to ##08L & a brand called #Medime! It's a natural skincare bar for wrinkles that contains real 24ct. gold flakes in it as well as honey, silk & red ginseng! It's called the #Medime Gold Cleansing Bar from #Medime with 99% Gold in it! All I can say is that I honestly love it, for my particular skin care needs & that it's working awesome!!! I really couldn't find anything on the internet in English to further study it & read more reviews, but in the short time I've tried it, which has been a week & a half, twice a day, I'm starting to love what I'm seeing! I'm thinking it's all these great skin caring & skin loving ingredients such as silk & honey & not to mention the 24ct. gold flakes all through out the bar that you can see & start to feel the more you use the bar! I can definitely smell the earthy, root smell of the red ginseng & I actually like it!! It may bother some if you're sensitive to smells! It comes with a nice round & soft buffing sponge to make sure it gets those ingredients into your pores & facial lines!! & the lather it produces is so wonderful & soft & moisturizing! I can definitely tell there's honey & silk in the bar just from the lather! I've never used a product before that created such a soft, smooth, silky lather & produced as much lather just from a little bit of soap on my hands! It really cleans & firms nicely also & while it causes my skin to feel tight, it's NOT that tight feeling from the skin being cleansed of all its natural oils & feeling stripped!!! I chose to review this product from 08Liter and I love it! This Gold Care Cleansing Bar is from MedimePlus and has real gold flakes in it! This is a product out of Korea and contains not only gold but red ginseng, honey, and silk. It is for aging skin and is supposed to help with skin elasticity. This bar is on sale for $35 but is originally priced for $50. A very soft wonderfully smelling lather sponge comes with the bar and although the bar itself has an extremely strong ginseng scent which I don't like, the sponge helps reduce the smell. The lather is great from this product and takes off any residue on my skin. My skin was left feeling tight but also extremely soft. This is a definite winner for me!

I was excited to try the MEDIME Gold Care Cleansing Bar because I had heard great reviews and the concept of have real gold flakes in the bar of soap intrigued me. ⚜️ HOW TO USE: wet the pink buffing pad and build up a lather with the bar of soap. Use buffing pad on your face & neck, rinse face & pad with clean water. Pat face dry, put soap and buffing pad in the holding tray (included) ⚜️ PROS: - simple ingredients - easy to use - has nice smell of primarily Ginseng but also hints of honey - soap has minimal suds so easy to wash off - the pink buffing pad is wonderful! Very soft, helps clean your face and neck well - cleans makeup off well - makes my face feel clean and smooth without any greasy residue ⚜️ CONS: - high price point (retails for about $50) - doesn’t appear to help with combination skin as it causes my skin to create more oil, despite the fact that I use moisturizer regularly - the smell of the bar initially was very strong and could be considered off-putting if you don’t like Ginseng ⚜️ Overall, I like the idea of this product more than the results I’m seeing by using it daily. I think the high price point and the smell may turn some people off. I actually enjoyed the smell once I started using it & plan on using the rest of my sample :)

I have been wanting to try the Medime Hold Care Cleansing Bar for a while....I'm happy I finally got the chance! I love that it came with a sponge and a holder....perfect! I've been using it as the cleanser at the beginning of my nightly skin care routine and have noticed a big difference in my oil levels. My skin also feels more firm and bouncy at the same time. I did notice a little itchyness after the first use...but none after. I will be buying this one again!

before i even opened the box i could smell the incredibly strong door of ginseng so this probabky isnt for you if something like that bothers you. it seems to lather up well and leaves your skin feeling clean. it also came with a cute little facial sponge that o really liked. but for me i just coukdnt get past the pungent odor.Yes

This is an interesting soap by Medime. I received it as a TryNow from. 08L. It is glycerin based and has pretty gold flecks. It contains 99% gold, red ginseng, honey and silk. However it has a really strong smell. I think it might be the ginseng. You get used to it after a bit. It comes with a sponge and soap dish. The 1st time I used it...I found it really drying. My skin literally squeaked. I really don't like squeaky clean skin. However I used it after oil cleansing and it was much better. So it depends on how you use it. I have been using it for a few days and did notice one new zit. I'm not sure if it's due to the new soap. My skin is very sensitive so I actually use the bare minimum on it. I like the soap but for my personal use...its a no.

This is a first(ish) impression because this soap took forever to be shipped to my house. It originally costs $50.00 but I was able to test it out from #0.8L in exchange for an honest review at a reduced price. The claims of this soap are that if you use it for 15 days you can feel a difference (what kind of difference it does not state) and that it is recommended for those who suffer from skin aging and wrinkles. I am in my 30s so I don’t have a lot of wrinkles but I have dehydrated skin and fine lines so I felt that this soap would be good for me to test out anyway. It comes with a nice carrying case and a sponge is included, but I never used the sponge, I felt that it foamed up nicely without it. The gold particles in this soap are supposed to deeply penetrate the skin and create a low current between the cells to promote energy conversion. I don’t know how true that is and there is a lot of controversies when it comes to using gold in skincare, but this soap I read has been sold for hundreds of years so maybe there is some truth behind it. This soap also contains red ginseng, and this is supposed to remove harmful active oxygen and suppress aging due to cell destruction. Red ginseng is certainly contained within this soap, I could smell it through the box it was shipped in!! I am very scent sensitive and I really do not like the smell of red ginseng (nearly as much as I hate the smell of roses), so I was really put off by the smell. I feel like my whole house (or at least by the bathroom) just reeks of ginseng. If you like that smell, you will love this soap. One interesting that I noticed when I used it was that it did not seem to dry my skin out, but water would bead on the surface so I questioned how well my skincare was skinking in after using it because it appeared to create a film on the surface. I have also started to break out quite badly, but I can not pinpoint what it is this soap because I am testing a number of other things. All in all, I will keep using this soap for the recommended 15 days and perhaps update this review. While I was lucky enough to be able to snag up one of the ~MEDIME Gold Care Cleansing Bar~ from @0.8l_usa & #MEDIMI . It didn’t arrive until yesterday...the review was due last week. I wish I could’ve been able to use this for the 15 days that it says it takes for you to be able to feel and see a difference, but in order for my account to be reinstated, I have to give my review now 🙁. This’ll be the 1st review in which you see a complaint! I’ve been able to use the #goldcarecleansingbar 2xs and my initial thoughts are this... •It’s pretty and I love the fact that there is so much science put into the creation. • I love that there is a pretty little holder to keep my Bar preserved! • I love the Skin Paper (sponge) made of cornstarch as it’s super soft and holds a good amount of soap! My only issue is that upon opening the plastic in which it came in, the Skin Paper was damp and it had a really off-putting smell to it...almost like mold 😬. • The Bar lathers really well and rinses easily. Although it cleaned my face extremely well, it did leave it super dry afterwards and I had to immediately apply a moisturizer because of how tight my face was. Overall, my experience hasn’t been the best, but I’ll continue using the ~MEDIME Gold Care Cleansing Bar~ to see if this changes and it does what it claims. I'm writing this review on the Medimi Gold Care Cleansing Bar I have received this for $3.99 as a trial offer in exchange for my honest review. The first thing I noticed with this product was the smell. It was so strong that I was able to smell it before I opened the box. I found out that it is the red ginseng. It has a strong earthy smell. It came with a pink sponge and a plastic holder that holds the soap and sponge perfectly. The sponge is very soft and helps lather the suds great. Once you wash your face with the soap you can't smell it anymore. This soap has 99%gold flakes, honey, red ginseng and silk as the ingredients. It claims to have anti aging benefits. I've only been reviewing it for 3 days and will continue to do so. If there are visible changes I'll definitely post them at a later date. I would definitely recommend this to a friend or family member. I like how my skin has been looking and feeling since I started using this soap. The price of this cleaning bar is $ 50.00. The smell of the cleaning bar is nice, it has gold flakes and also has red ginseng and silk comes with a facial sponge and a holder on which you can store your soap. This cleaning is for skin aging after using my skin feels very soft but a little irritated I will continue to try to see better results on my face.

I finally received my MEDIME gold card cleansing bar that I received discounted price for $3.99 Original Price $50 it came with a soft sponge and and cleansing bar holder it had a good smell to it. I did use it today and it left my face kind of rough I didn’t really like that but I used my moisturizer after and didn’t feel as rough.

MEDIME Gold Care Cleansing Bar Review.... This product has ingredients such as 24K gold flakes, ginseng, honey, olive oil, and squalene, the soap aims to lift and firm one’s skin. I especially enjoy the additional freebies- the soap holder with drainage holes and the “skin paper”- a facial sponge made from corn. It’s Super soft. It lathers nicely and is gentle on the skin. I typically avoid using soap bars as a cleanser since I have found them too drying and my face would be extremely tight... However, this soap left my face feeling very light and fresh. One thing to understand is that it has a ginseng strong smell. I prefer floral or fruity scents myself but after awhile I got used to the overall scent.... This product really gets the dirt and oil out of the skin and leaves a fresh squeaky clean face.....I give this product a overall 4 out of 5....Just because of the strong ginseng smell....

But don't let it scare you off. After using it my face feel completely squeaky clean. Felt hydrated and my skin felt free to more and didnt dry my skin out. I'm going to keep using this product in my routine to continue reaping the benefits :)

In addition to the cleansing bar, you'll also receive a cleansing sponge and a soap holder. The main ingredients are gold flakes and ginseng, with honey and silk making up the remaining 10%. Medime claims the gold particles penetrate deep into the skin to promote vitality, while the ginseng provides powerful antioxidant benefits. I was concerned it would be drying like other products with gold flakes, but the honey and silk ensure it's gentle enough for use on dry and/or sensitive skin. The ginseng scent is quite strong. I could smell it as soon as I opened the box and it overpowered candles in the room. Some might find it to be unpleasant. I didn't think it was strong enough to negatively impact my review.
