I received a jar of Real Barrier Extreme Cream complimentary from NeoPharm and .08liter in exchange for my honest review, and this stuff is hard core! I have very dry, very sensitive skin, and this cream is like a miracle. 10 minutes after I applied it my skin felt refreshed and hydrated, and restored. This cream works to preserve the skin's natural barrier function and to strengthen a weakened barrier function. I have noticed a HUGE improvement in my skin since I began using this product.

Real Barrier Extreme Cream got a new formula upgrade with the newly patented ceramide, Omega-Ceramide-16. Increasing the moisture level of the skin on the site face and from within. It also has Hyaluronic Acid, Panthenol, Allantoin, and Madecassoside to calm and soothe skin. No Paraben, Mineral Oil, or Artificial fragrances. I would recommend this cream for people who have dry and sensitive skin. It also helps keep my face moisturized through winter. It glides on smoothly, not heavy or greasy. The cream comes with a spatula under the lid as well, which is great for hygiene purposes. 👍👍

I know I already said it but, I really love this brand!! My face is oily but the skin of my body is very dry and sensitive, the Real Barrier Extreme Cream has helped a lot, recently I developed a mild dermatitis that I've been struggling with, the cream gives me relief and my skin is less itchy. So far, great! The cream absorbs fast, doesn't feels sticky or greasy, it has a mild herbal scent, has a thick consistency but not heavy. Like all their other products, I 100% recommend them without any doubt.

A spatula is included on top of the inner lid. This cream is thicc in texture with a sweet, herbal-like scent. This cream is thick! But not at all heavy. I don't need very much since I'm on the oilier side. A couple smears on my face and neck is more than enough to cover it. This cream works better when rubbed between your hands to help make it easier to apply. It leaves a velvety finish. It is on the occlusive side, so it helps to lock in your products and keep your skin hydrated. My skin has actually been loving this. The weather has been hot, cold and snowy, all in one day sometimes. I've only used this at night to help my skin heal from the harsh elements. It surprisingly keeps my face from getting very oily when I wake up. My Tzone has a slight sheen to it. Skin stays plump with moisture when I wake up. It's also helped to calm down some active acne that's popped up on my cheek. As the weather moves into actual spring temperatures, I may have to put this cream away. I think it may be a little too heavy for the warmth but I'll have to test it out first. I'll definitely use it on drier areas like my knees, elbows and feet. Overall, this barrier cream is very compatible with my oily skin. I'm not a fan of the fragrance because I can't quite pinpoint what it is but it's not a dealbreaker for me.

This cream has a nice thick and creamy texture, when applied it melts into the skin and absorbs quickly, leaving the skin soft and supple. I was able to try Real Barrier Extreme Cream complimentary for testing purposes. This is formulated for sensitive skin so even my daughters who have eczema have been safe to use it. It is a very thick cream that works with body temperature to absorb into the skin. My skin feels great and it’s not sticky or greasy. I personally love using as a hand cream as well. It really has helped with the dryness hand sanitizers have left behind. The scent is light and pleasant. My mature skin also feels more plump and it seems to help tighten. Definitely recommend for extremely dry skin!

I really love how moisturizing this cream is. It has an amazing creamy texture and absorbs nicely. People with really dry skin would really benefit from this cream. It layers well with other products and underneath makeup. I have combination, oily skin and this cream has been amazing.

Real Barrier Extreme Cream #texturetuesday Ceramide has been saving my skin this winter, & this is one of my main night creams lately! Along with the Atopalm MLE cream from the same parent company (NeoPharm), this is one of the best formulas I’ve used: thick, instantly soothing, & heals irritation. I love to use it on its own or as a night mask over other treatment creams (like the Cica cream from the same line). Can you see the little ceramide capsules? They melt right into the skin for a satiny finish. This is less emollient than the Atopalm MLE cream I recently reviewed, for those of you who might want a ceramide cream that sinks in more fully & can be used in the AM as well as the PM. It’s ideal for sensitive skin, & heals my eczema patches on my hands, too. I have been super impressed by this and you all know I’ve tried a LOT of creams! It’s definitely one of the best ceramide creams in my collection. Have you tried this one?

⭐Real Barrier Extreme Cream⭐ is a thick cream that is not heavy on my facial skin but also highly moisturizing. I like the consistency and the lasting hydration on my combination skin. This also worked well on my relative's very dry skin, it healed and calmed her dry patches on her arm in an instant, even though its a face cream. She is a now a new customer to this brand. This is definitely worth purchasing if you have very dry skin, I do wish the jar was bigger though for the price but many brands charge similar prices for face creams that do not work as well. I have used this cream several days now in my morning routine and with the cold weather this has help tremendously. I don't have dry patches or tightness just moisturized skin. It is of thicker consistency than what I used to using. You do have to work it in to absorb completely. This one is great for colder or winter months but for summer it would be a bit heavy on my skin. Overalls I'm pleased with results it delivered

The Real Barrier Extreme Cream helps strengthen weakened skin barrier function. I found it to be moisturizing. The cream is thick and felt the same on my skin but once it absorbed, it no longer felt heavy. I love that it came with a little spatula for hygienic use. My only complaint is the smell as it was more of a medicated (think tea tree or vapor rub) smell. I actually could smell it for awhile after application. Overall, the barrier cream was good. I would recommend it for those with super dry and damaged skin. My skin is very dry in the winter months but most medicated creams will burn and irritate my skin further. This cream didn't do that. I am glad I got the opportunity to test and review this.

This Real Barrier Extreme Cream is a very good moisturizing cream, especially for those peoples that have dried skin. The cream is spreadable, soft and buttery with a lightweight texture. It has a nice soothing scent that helps soothe and hydrate skin extremely well. I love this beautiful and ultra rich cream because it contains Ceramides, Panthenol, Allantoin, Madecassoside among other ingredients that supports skin barrier. This cream is creamy, silky and doesn’t make my skin look and feel as greasy, sticky as much as I expected.
