This is my second product to try from Real Barrier, and I simply love their products. The Real Barrier Extreme Cream is a dream for dry skin. This cream is not an every day cream for me. There is a reason why it is called Extreme. I use it when my skin is extremely dry. This will definitely come in handy during the winter. However, I have been using this cream frequently this summer. I have been doing lots of swimming, and pool chemicals severely dry out my skin so this cream has been a God send. I have also had a period recently where my barrier was weakened along my chin, and this cream was a huge help. My barrier was back to normal in 2 days. The cream comes with a handy spatula. The texture is very thick and rich. Once applied, it instantly soothed and nourished. This could feel like an occlusive if you did an extra thick layer. It is strong stuff! I absolutely love it and recommend for serious dryness, irritation, and barrier damage.

This cream has quickly become one of my most favorite moisturizers to use whenever my skin has become sensitized or very dry. I experience no flakiness when wearing this, and it just seems to leave a relaxing coat of hydration onto my skin. The ingredients included many forms of Hyaluronic acid, Omega-Ceramides, Panthenol, and more to soothe as well as repair. 🌿𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝑯𝒚𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒄 𝑨𝒄𝒊𝒅, 𝑨𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒐𝒊𝒏, 𝑴𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒅𝒆, 𝑷𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒔 💧𝙏𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚/𝙎𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩 The texture is very thick and can harden in jar. I rub it with my palms then get it to a creamy consistency. There's a slight medical, or nutty kind of scent to it. I can't really identity it, but it isn't my favorite. If I put a lot on then I can smell it throughout the day so I stick to a small amount. ✔️𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 I scoop up the cream with the provided spatula, then rub between palms to pat onto skin. ✨𝙊𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙡 It's my first time ever trying out this brand and I'm very impressed! The ingredients have proven to be so relaxing and repairing for my skin. I had a slight irritation going on and put this on it, afterwards I felt a relieving feeling there, less itch! So I definitely would recommend this to those prone to irritation or very dry skin (especially in the winter, this will be amazing to use). ✖️𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙨 - It's heavy so probably not best for oily types or those in hot weather. I prefer it for PM use instead. - Scent isn't great, but not so overpowering at least. 𝟱/𝟱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘀 for me! ⭐

Ive always been a fan of the brand Real Barrier…. Their skincare NEVER disappoints and this face cream is no different. It has a creamy thick consistency which I favor more in my face creams because it adds more of a nourishing feel to my skin. It also absorbs really well and leaves my skin feeling pleasantly plump and hydrated. It does have a tad bit of fragrance nothing overwhelming though. It has a sort of medicinal scent to it. This face cream contains fantastic key ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and omega ceramides which help to boost moisture levels and triple hydration. The Claim: - Additional hydration for extra-dry skin. For those who require serious skin care. - Newly patented ceramide ,Omega-Ceramide-16 increases the moisture level of the skin on the surface and from within. - Along with Hyaluronic Acid, has been proven to provide 72 hours of continuous moisturization. - Levels of known allergen substances reduced or removed, making this product ideal for sensitive skin. - Does NOT contain parabens, Mineral Oil or artificial fragrances. - Infused with skin calming and soothing ingredients, Panthenol, Allantoin and Madecassoside. - All of these specialty ingredients aid in the replenishment of lost natural skin lipids to help support the skins’ protective barrier and protect against the stresses of the environment. My Take: This one certainly has a long list of claims, but I am happy to say I quite agree with them. I have not tried the original but I quite like this new formula. The texture of this feels more like a balm than a cream, thickish, but spreads easily. It takes a little warmth to sink into the skin but absorbs quite well. My skin feels moisturized but not heavy. This has a slight chemical smell but I prefer that to heavy perfume. As expected, no irritation or problems with layering. I always like scoops that fit into the lid, but I’ve got so many scoops right now I really don’t need more. Conclusion: Haven’t yet been disappointed by this company and their numerous brands. I've been using it for the past two weeks at night. It is a white cream with a very thick consistency, but it's not greasy. It spreads and blends pretty easily. It is a little too thick for me to wear under makeup or during summer. They are great for sensitive skin and all types of skin. Packaging is clean and simple. I love that it comes with a mini spatula so I don't contaminate it with my fingers.

I received this Real Barrier Extreme Cream from 0.8L and have been using it for two weeks straight non-stop. It is thick and provides a good amount of moisture for my dry skin. Lately the air conditioning has zapped my skin of moisture and this cream has helped restore the balance. I had a persistent dry patch under my chin and it has cleared up since I started using this moisturizer. I am never disappointed in Real Barrier /ATO Palm products! They’re great for sensitive skin types too! Have you tried this cream or any of their products?

I absolutely enjoyed this cream by Real Barrier. The cream is really THICK but that’s what I enjoyed most about it. Despite the thickness it absorbed really well into the skin and left it feeling extremely soft and moisturized.

The name says it all! If you struggle like me with dry skin, then buy this cream ASAP! I have used other varieties of this brand and they are excellent, but this one exceeded my expectations, I don’t need to be constantly reapplying creams or body lotion along the day because it provides me with a good hydration, it also makes my skin soft, it definitely feels much better in a short time.

This cream reminded me of a cup of soft serve ice cream. It looks glossy and creamy. The consistency is so thick. A little bit is all as I need. The texture is slippery and the finish is a little bit greasy. The cream creates a barrier and my skin cannot breathe. For this reason, I don't recommend it for summertime.

This is a really nice and thick cream for all skin types. The packaging is clean and simple and I like how a spatula is included so I don’t contaminate it with my fingers. Even though the cream is thick, it doesn’t feel greasy at all or leave a sticky residue. It gets absorbed quickly and completely into my skin, leaving it soft and supple. My only complaint is that I don’t love the smell. It smells nice at first but then dries down to an almost masculine scent that lingers. But besides the scent, overall I really like this cream! It’s super hydrating without being greasy at all.

I love a nice thicc moisturizer when my skin is feeling dry and in need of some extra love so I was so excited when I received the Real Barrier Extreme Cream to try. The  Extreme Cream isn't just thicc... it'sTHICC. This super hydrating cream absorbs well into the skin and plays well with makeup! TBH, I was concerned about layering at first, but found that my makeup sat very nicely on it. I did allow some time for it to absorb - a bit under 15 minutes - and patted it in for a bit after I applied it so that may have helped. This pH balanced cream contains biome peptides that help to activate bacteria to improve the skin's microbiome environment that helps strengthen the skin barrier. A patented combination of 3 uniquely developed ceramide ingredients help to firm and aid in the health of skin barrier. This cream also features Aquaseal, a moisturizing ingredient derived from birch, which helps reduce moisture loss by strengthening the connection between skin cells.

I am obsessed with Real Barrier extreme cream when I get really dry skin, when my skin's natural barrier is compromised. This feels super creamy and nicely thick cream which sinks into my skin easily. It does have a lavender or herbal scent which can be improved. Overall it is a wonderful cream which deeply moisturizes my skin, makes it soft and supple the same day of using it. This will be highly suitable for dry skin types⁣

I love this thick cream. It literally moisturizes like no other. it is so high quality. such good packaging. It is a dream come true. holy grail moisturizer! left my skin soft and moisturized. just amazing

This intense cream strengthtens the natural defense ability by fortifying the skin barrier with patented Ceramide. I have dry, at times dehydrated skin and this cream is indeed EXTREME 💙 This cream has a super thick texture yet somehow isn't heavy at all. It absorbs perfectly and has a light earthy type scent that I cant quite put my finger one, but it's so light you wont notice unless you literally stick your nose to the jar! This is the perfect nighttime moisturizer and would come in super handy during winter months. Its also great if you have went overboard with actives or just damaged your barrier in general, it was literally made for barrier repair! I had not ever experienced this brand before so I was excited and also curious. Upon receiving this Real Barrier Creme I was blown away by the quality and almost immediate results I noticed. Super thick and creamy so a little goes a long way. Very absorbent and long lasting. The patented MLE technology is amazing at helping to protect our outer layer of skin from damage and helping rejuvenate skin. I noticed results within a couple days, softer more supple and glowing, hydrated skin. Very light fragrance and no sensitivity issues at all so this is great for everyone. When you want a quality creme that not only repairs but protects your skins outer later this is it. I am glad I got to try this product and also learn about this amazing brand.

I started using it from the day I received it. It is actually a great moisturizer which absorbs very well. I use it as night moisturizer & it works very well with my night skincare routine. I liked it as its a non greasy product. Its thick but very nicely absorbable. Love it & highly recommended.
