unfortunately I haven't tried this because I'm pregnant and my ob said maybe some of the ingredients wouldn't be ok for me but my husband tried it and he said it felt really nice and refreshing. The mask immediately soaked up the liquid & tripled in size, filling the capsule completely. I prepared my skin with a pH balancing toner & then applied the mask onto dry skin. The mask sheet felt very soft & fit my face well enough but it was a bit dry which negatively affected the mask's adhesion so I re-wet the mask with some of the peeling liquid & smoothed it out as much as possible. The directions suggest a 3 minute wear time but I kept the mask on for 6 & I experienced no burning, irritation, or adverse reaction whatsoever. Upon removing the mask, the peeling liquid absorbed quickly & dried down to a non-tacky, satin finish. 〰 My Thoughts: I'm just gonna cut to the chase & say that I love this kit! Besides the skincaretainment aspect it really did a great job at exfoliating my skin without causing any redness or irritation. My pores were noticeably cleaner & much smaller, my skin felt incredibly smooth, & my overall complexion appeared brighter & more even toned! As I've mention in my Commleaf review before, Commleaf is a new cosmetics brand in South Korea that focuses on safe and natural skincare. The AHA's will dissolve old dead skin cells on the surface, promoting the progression of cell turnover, hydrates & nourishes skin for a more moisturized, healthy appearance. This set came in a box with 100 mL AHA green tea peeling liquid & 4 capsules of dry coin masks. I also received another small box with 4 extra capsules inside. Though it was written as capsule in the instruction, I think the dry coin masks case looked more like a pod, or a small jelly cup. Another great thing about the dry coin mask is that its material is BIODEGDRADABLE rayon. How to use: - Open the capsule - Pour enough liquid into the capsule to soak the mask. (This is the confusing part for me, the word 'enough' didn't describe how much essence actualy needed, so I just fill the whole capsule with it) - When the mask raises in full, unroll it - Adhere to face, avoiding eye & mouth area and leave it ob for about 2-3 minutes. The liquid is very watery, maybe because it's used for dry coin mask. Viscous liquids will cause the dry coin mask not to expand properly. Unlike what the name suggest, I didn't smell any green tea like scent, but the liquid has a fresh mint scent. After the mask expanded, I put it on my face & to my surprise it was not too big. Usually I would have some extras on the sides since my face was quite small. I think this might be a problem for those with (sorry) larger facial area. Size & fit aside, the mask felt good on my skin. Maybe because it has peppermint oil in the ingredients list, it made my skin feel cool & refreshed. I just love the refreshing cool sensation! After I took it off, there's no sticky residue, the liquid absorbed quite fast & it didn't irritate my skin. I think it'll be a good choice for peeling for sensitive skin since it's quite gentle, using AHA & not 'hardcore' scrub granules. I can't say much about the soothing benefit since my face had nothing to soothe at that moment, but I do feel my skin became smooth & the cool refreshing sensation linger around 15 minutes afterwards. I put my usual skincare routines afterwards & notice that my skin looked brighter & more glowing. Another add on bonus, by the number of liquid used to fill the whole capsule, I don't think the 8 capsules will use up everything. So I could just get some dry masks & pour the liquid into them. What a saving!

I received the Commleaf AHA Peeling Liquid at a trial price in exchange for my honest review. **For those that dont follow Korean skincare, this is essentially a liquid exfoliant. These are so much better for your skin than a scrub, IMO.** I picked their hydrating set which uses AHAs, honey, and propolis. The set included a bottle of the exfoliant and eight masks. Four with the bottle and four extras. Following the directions, I filled the mask pod up and applied the mask to my face for 2-3 minutes and then rinsed it off. The liquid itself is ahhhhh-mazing! Two masks in and I am loving the results. Smaller pores, glowing skin. I’ll use this again when my hormonal acne is about to flare up. The mask/pod idea is so genius, but I think this needs more work. I filled up the pod with the liquid, but the mask was still dry. I had to add a few more shakes onto the mask so it would stick. But again, the idea is fantastic! Overall, I’ll keep using this product - no question! Highly recommend!

🍯 REVIEW: COMMLEAF AHA Honey & Propolis Peeling Liquid 🐝 Description: Sheet mask "filling" set Key ingredients: AHA, honey, propolis Focus: Hydrating & Nourishing. Impressions: It was such a pleasure to receive this set. Lovely packaging highlights the golden honey peeling liquid. It comes with 4 tablet masks & also an added set of charcoal tablet masks sealed in tiny containers that are popped open to then be filled with the peeling liquid. The process is simple & straightforward. Pour the liquid into the tablet mask cup, allow the sheet mask to expand as it absorbs the liquid then apply it to your face and allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes. The peeling formula is surprisingly gentle. I wasn't certain of the AHA content of this mask so I proceeded cautiously at first, sensitive to any signs of stimulation but after 10 minutes I experienced absolutely no tingling or burning. The fragrance was light, faintly sweet. I opted to select the Honey & Propolis version of this mask because these 2 ingredients always seem to make my skin very happy. Honey is both healing & soothing while propolis in my experience is a great antibacterial & protective agent. Upon removal I was very pleased with results. My skin seemed to fully absorb the essence and immediately give my skin a bright, healthy glow without any redness or irritation from the peel. Over the next day or two following this treatment, I did experience some gentle sloughing of skin so this is an effective skin peeling treatment despite how mild it seems. I was very surprised & pleased. For as gentle as it seemed I didn't expect a huge peeling effect but I'm happy to report, I definitely got one. This set retails for about $32 and includes 8 tablet masks. It's engaging & entertaining to mix up your own mask and the addition of the charcoal tablets give you the option to turn the experience into a detoxifying one too. Lots of fun!! I really enjoyed experimenting with this set & have great results to show for it. If you're looking for a gentle, effective AHA peeling mask to use on occasion for a weekly or bi-weekly treatment, this set from COMMLEAF comes highly recommended.

This is my second product from Commleaf. My first product was the Rose Blooming Mist, check out my review to see my thoughts on that product! 👍🏻 This product was very unique and interesting to me. I’m really interested in how acids and peels work on the skin and the benefits. This is an AHA (alpha hydrolic acid) peeling liquid mask set. It came with a bottle of the honey and propolis AHA peeling liquid and 8 little coin masks. 4 in the box and additional masks in another little package. 🐝 AHA is an acid that helps to get through the first layer of skin, then it helps to reduce wrinkles, reduce the likelihood other wrinkles will form, it helps to make skin smoother, and lastly create an all over better more even tone to your skin. It also helps new skin to grow, more healthy and glowing skin, and also stimulate the growth of collagen and elastin. Yay! All things I like to hear. 🐝 The propolis is derived from bees and their honey and is a natural antiseptic. I’m becoming quite familiar with propolis and it’s my friend. Lol 😊 I have used this three times since I received it in the mail about 2 weeks ago. I use it after I wash and tone my skin and before my essence. The instructions are a little hard to follow but kind of self explanatory I guess. You pour a certain amount ( doesn’t say how much, in English anyways) into the little capsule that the coin mask is in. Then it starts to grow and absorb the liquid, it’s pretty fun to watch! Then you take mask out and unravel it and place it on your face. It says only for 2-3 minutes but I personally think use it for around 10. But that’s just my skin, everyone is different! Do what’s comfortable to you. 🐝 I think this is a cool way to use a AHA peeling product. The mask is kind of hard to gauge how much to put into it, so it doesn’t seem to really do much. I guess just leaving it on the skin instead of swiping the liquid with a cotton pad might be better and less irritating to skin. Especially because some people might have a little bit of a reaction to the AHA. Also it’s important to remember to use extra sunscreen the day after you use any acids or peels on your face as it leaves your skin more susceptible to sun burn! 🐝 I like this and I think it’s a great way to get introduced to acids and facial peels. It seems to be working, and I’ve had no adverse reactions. The Commleaf AHA Filling Liquid Set was available to me at a trial price in exchange for my honest review. The Commleaf AHA Filling Liquid Set comes with 4 sheet masks in individual pods inside a white box with a small bottle of liquid along with a small separate box of 4 charcoal sheet mask pods. To use the Commleaf AHA Filling Liquid Set Sheet Masks, you unseal a pod and add a bit of the liquid into the sheet mask pod. How much liquid you add determines how moist the sheet mask will be so this will depend on preference. The sheet mask will absorb the liquid and at that time you apply it to your face. The Commleaf AHA Filling Liquid Set has a refreshing light honey scent and has a nice cooling feeling when first applied to the face. The liquid is easily absorbed into the skin and leaves you with soft and hydrated skin; thus, giving the appearance of better skin texture. I personally liked the Commleaf AHA Filling Liquid Set and found the results to be satisfying. I only wished that there were more detailed instructions or a measuring device for when you fill the pods to hydrate the sheet masks for use. If you are really into sheet masks and want to try something a little different, you should really give the Commleaf AHA Filling Liquid Set a try.

This was my first time trying a pop up sheet mask so I was quite excited. Essentially you pour the liquid into the capsule with a tiny almost pill shaped condensed sheet mask. The mask absorb the liquid and begins to grow. While this was not super saturated like a normal sheet mask it definitely left my skin hydrated. The packaging stated to keep this one for about 2-3 minutes. The mask did not smell like honey, but had a rather strong herbal scent. Those sensitive to smells may not like this mask. Immediately upon putting the mask on, it began to tingle but in a cooling way. The mask was not super saturated but also was not dry. I was not sure at first how much liquid to put into the pod as this was my first time. However, I think that I put just the right amount. There are instructions on the packaging would show a picture diagram and some English explanations. The set also included an additional four charcoal masks. Using this set has me wondering if I should purchase some more coin sheet masks and use these with some toners I have at home. I kept this on for about fifteen minutes and my skin definitely looked healthier and felt smoother after using. There is a scent of herbal in it but doesn't really bother me. I think the mask might be a bit big on my skin it didn't stick to my chin really well but I still manage to get it at least on my face. I felt a little tingle of the AHA but no pain what so ever. I suggest not to use this with an exfoliator or if you're sensitive to AHA. I give this an 8/10 only because the mask didn't fit right on my skin which would help me benefit more from the AHA peeling liquid. Still a great product to use and can make skin less flaking. The Commleaf Aha Honey & Propolis Peeling Liquid, left my skin soft and hydrated. I noticed a brightening effect and my skin looked clean and not oily at all. I like the subtle scent of the peeling liquid, and the concept of this mask. It's really cool watch the coin mask grow when you pour liquid on it, and I think you waste less product by controlling how much liquid to add. I hydrated the mask with the peeling liquid and apply it on a clean face, I felt, on some areas of my skin, a little tingling sensation while wearing the mask. The instructions says to leave the mask for about two to three minutes, but I left if for ten. I couldn't find information about if you have to rinse your face after taking off the sheetmask, so I decided not to and went to sleep like that. Didn't had any irritation or allergic reaction, only great looking skin the next morning.

미세먼지주의보 뜬 날씨 바깥이 눈에 보아도 뿌옇게 미세먼지가 껴있어서 외출시 여간 찝찝했었기에 깨끗히 세안후 각질제거효과가 있는 아하필링리퀴드세트를 사용해봤다! 여튼 초록색 좋아하니 그린티패키지는 넘 맘에듬😍🌿 . 캡슐에 들어있는 시트에 리퀴드를 넣어주면 알약물티슈처럼 마스크시트가 부풀어오른다~ 멘솔같은향이 많이 남. 눈이 쫌 따갑다ㅜㅜ 필링용이라그런지 마스크팩을 오래 덮고있지않고 2~3 분뒤에 떼어내면 된다! ( 마스크팩이 얼굴에 딱 맞지않았고 완전 밀착은 안되어서 매우 못생겨보임...ㅜㅜ) 피부진정작용과 수분,보습작용이 있다고 함. 팩을 짧게 붙이고 있어서 간단하고 편리한듯. 얼굴이 굉장히 화~한 느낌이면서 시원하다.

It also soothes, hydrates and nourishes the skin for a more moisturized, healthy appearance . SOME KEY INGREDIENTS: Centella Asiatica Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract (1000ppm) . EXPERIENCE/THOUGHTS: I used to be very scared of using acids on my face. I decided to take the plunge when I read about the benefits it can give the skin. . I decided to apply for this campaign because I was basically intrigued with the concept of applying it as a mask. I also haven’t tried using a compressed sheet mask before. Both of these were new to me, then again I still have a lot to learn when it comes to skincare. . This set came with one bottle of the peeling liquid and 4 individually packged regular compressed masks (white). Commleaf included another 4 (thank you!) which are charcoal infused (black). . To use this, you are to pour the compressed mask with the liquid until it gets soaked, unfold it, and apply it on the face like how you would with a regular sheet mask. However, for this, you are advised to leave it on for 2-3 minutes only. For someone who’s lazy like me, I find this process a hassle for something you’ll use for such a short time. Also, there’s no info on how much liquid you are to put, so I just went with my gut feel. (For a video of this, visit my IG: ___ofthedei) I tried out both the regular mask and the charcoal infused mask and both felt really cool upon applying this on the face. It feels really minty (there’s peppermint oil in the ingredients) to the point where it stung my eyes. That sensation lingered for half the application time. . The fit of the two kinds of mask differ for some reason. The white one fit okay. The black one, however was too short for the length and too wide for the width of my face. Both the mask material felt paper-like and stiff. (I don’t know if all compressed masks feel like that.🤔) . I noticed that this made my skin feel soft and smooth after using it. It also improved the texture of my face, as the tiny bumps I usually have on my forehead has disappeared. I didn’t experience any irritations while testing this product, which is a good thing. . I cannot say much about the soothing properties because when I used this, I didn’t have anything to soothe, if you know what I mean. But if the cool sensation was meant to be soothing, then yes, it felt soothing. . I can say that this product works for me. @commleaf AHA Honey & Propolis Peeling Liquid . This kit includes a 100ml bottle of peeling liquid, and four dry sheet mask coins in tiny cups to be rehydrated with the liquid. The liquid contains AHA (which gently speeds up he skin regeneration cycle), Propolis (anti aging) and Honey (protects and hydrates). . This kit includes no instructions aside from three tiny pictures with no words, so it was a fun guessing game! To use I removed the top of a mask cup, and added enough liquid to fully saturate the mask (about the volume of the cup). I unrolled the mask and applied it to my face, and left it on for roughly 3 minutes (ad the final tiny picture on the box indicated 2-3 min). . I unfortunately cannot say these masks did much for my skin. I’m pretty used to other AHA products so I guess I was expecting more from this since it has more to it than just a liquid. That being said, I think this product would work better without the masks, they’re a completely unnecessary step that don’t seem to improve the effect of this product. .
