As the 7-Skin Method (layering toner 5-7 times) - As a Cotton Mask (Apply to cotton pads and lay on face.) As a Portable Mist (in your own spray bottle) - Or pour into your favorite powdered mask. Fresh finish with a deep moisturizing effect. Clean scent that fades immediately after absorption. Small hole dispenser that comes out quite fast. Would work best in a spray bottle as the consistency is watery enough to spray. It transforms dull skin into smooth radiance in few seconds while softly moisturizing. It gently calms, leaving skin bright and soft. Pores look diminished and clearer. Dark spots and blemishes are slightly reduced. Skin is left soft/supple/hydrated/calmed/clearer. I am enjoying this Toning Essence but I wouldn’t repurchase. I prefer their Ceramide Hydra Fluid -an All-In One~> Toner, Essence, Lotion. It’s thicker and easier to control. Only 4.22 Oz. for $31. It’s a much more intense product imo.

I was given the chance to try Lapothicell Toning Essence Facial Hydrating Booster at a discounted cost from 0.8L. This is a lightweight, Unscented essence. It has a watery/milky consistency that absorbs quickly and feels quite hydrating. I didn’t love the feel of this on my face, but I have been regularly using this on my neck and chest. It has been very hydrating, but also offers a very slight and gentle exfoliation. My skin has been softer and smoother through regular use.

I’ve been using the Lapothicell Toning Essence Facial Hydrating Booster for a few weeks after having it sent to me for a discount in exchange for an honest review by #08L 🙏 It’s a little confusing, is it a toner? An essence? A booster? This is a hydrating toning booster, boosters are used first and contain Methylpropanediol which enhances penetration of ingredients to follow on the skin. This product provides hydration and sebum control which I need as we move into the summer months as well as having some brightening ingredients. I found the best use was to wipe on with a cotton pad, patting it into the skin left my skin a bit sticky, you can also use it in the 7 layers of toner application or with cotton pads as a moisturizing mask. This has a slightly citrus scent, probably from the bergamot, as well as a watery milky consistency. The first thing I noticed about this is its scent. It reminds me of calpico!! On the skin it is a very light scent that is not offensive. It was exactly what I expected it to be. Cool and refreshing and wonderfully hydrating, which i haven't experienced with many toners.

I enjoyed this three day weekend a bit too much 😎 gotta get back to productivity. Might as whale review something new, at least to me. . . . I've seen @lapothicell_official around the gram, but hadn't really seen it in any shops until @0.8l_usa put it up. Since it was a try now, and looked like a milky toner I figured what the heck ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ let's buy it . . . Packaging wise I wish this was either in a pump or a spray bottle, the formula is actually pretty thin and shaker tops are just so messy. Back to the formula, it's on the simpler side with its main features including madecassoside (centella for calming) , epilobium Fleischeri (apparently a type of fireweed for skin conditioning), portulaca oleracea (purslane for dem antioxidants) and aqauxyl (or anhydroxyxylitol which I learned is an ingredient good for retaining moisture) . . . For texture and functionality its your run of the mill light & hydrating toner. It has a texture just slightly thicker than water and absorbs readily. The scent is a bit different, it has some plant-ey notes, but also some powder and maybe rose? I have trouble describing it because it's so light. I can't say I noticed anything wildly different about my skin while using it, but I did like that it layers well and didn't interfere with any of my other products. pH isn't bad either, sitting somewhere around 5 or 6. Overall, not bad for a toner and possibly something that could work for someone looking for smaller ingredient listings, but with some nice soothing ingredients . . . Lapothicell Seoul Toning Essence Facial Hydrating Booster the product says that is balance the skin, moisturize, increase moisture retention in skin,and control the sebum. The toning essence reminds me more of a toner similar to the Japanese toner essence. It's more on the thinner side it has a somewhat citrus scent to it. The product application is like and quickly absorbed. I can't tell how well it works yet but I love how light it feels. It isn't moisturizing though it works better to use a serum afterwards.

The Toning Essence Facial Hydrating Booster transforms dull skin into smooth radiance, it gently dissolves impurities, dead skin cells, open pores for deep exfoliation and leaves skin bright and soft. This booster contains 200 ml (6.76 oz) and the scent of bergamot is very strong, it honestly smells like earl grey tea to me, it’s very pleasant. It has a nice stopper in the top to keep the product from going everywhere. The product has a milky look and is extremely loose and watery. The consistency is very watery, so it’s quite hydrating. Spread over the skin, it leaves a moist, hydrated look. After patting into the skin, it really brightens my skin and absorbs very quickly. Recommended use is to apply an appropriate amount to skin and massage it gently along skin texture. After using, the first thing I want to say is that the scent is very strong and it smells so much like earl grey tea to me, I honestly just love the scent. This product is very milky and nourishing and it does spread across the skin very easily and absorbs easily. It leaves a silky, moist and hydrated finish. It really prepares the skin too for other products after it’s applied. After smoothing out and patting in the remaining essence, it brightens the skin and helps to soften skin texture. What I like: as I said earlier, I love the scent of this product, bergamot oil for the win. I also love milky products as I feel they nourish and soften skin with ideal ingredients. I like how fast this moisturizes and hydrates skin and find it pretty easy to apply. I also appreciate how bright this makes my skin look. What I don’t like: nothing really, but the scent is strong and can bother some people, though, it does dissipate quickly. It’s also not an easy product to buy. Rating: 9/10

I had the chance to try the @lapothicell_official Toning Essence Facial Hydrating Booster ( Sensitive Line) these past 2 weeks so I can give you my first impression of this #Essence. Presented as a facial hydrating booster which is suppose to give the skin a glow, I was intrigued by this product. With no clear English ingredient lists on the box or online, I relied on Google Translate. Not a biggie since I know this is #Kbeauty. Anyway amongst the product is Bergamot which explained the citrus scent I detected from this watery white liquid. Aside the 1st ingredients being water the second is Methylpropanediol. A solvent which is used to enhance the penetration of ingredients into the skin. It is used in skincare products to help in the delivery of other active ingredients, but is not an active ingredient itself. Be mindful is can cause irritation. It also boast containing Aquaxyl (Xylitylglucoside - Anhydroxylitol - Xylitol) a thick honey like liquid (Explains the slight tacky feeling after it absorbs) which is water binding. It limits water loss. At first to third try I used it as an essence therefore I patted it on the skin. After translating the instructions it said to use a cotton pad to wipe it on. Now that was more like it. I was able to remove any excess dirt left after washing and my skin did look a bit brighter with a slight tacky feel. Then applying my products was not an issue. They did absorb into my skin leaving it hydrated and plump. The tacky feel did go away after applying my other products. Is it something I would repurchase? Im thinking if I really need an extra boost of hydration in my routine if my curent products are not cutting it. I was only able to try this for a few days as I came back from Curacao with sunburn on face and wasn’t sure how this product would fair with that. The product does have a bit of a citrusy scent to it. The consistency is milky, I have been putting it into my palm and applying as opposed to a cotton pad. It soaks in quickly and doesn’t leave any sticky residue. I use this between a cleansing toner and serum and find it to be a good addition to my routine. Once my sunburn fades I will continue to use this more. It left my face hydrated and soft. The great thing about this product is that it’s versatile. Lapothicell Toning Essence Facial Hydrating Booster is a creamy milky like toner that is wonderful calming, gentle, refreshing, & replenishing to the skin. In fact, I recently got a little bit of a sun burn on my face & although I know it doesn’t say anything about this, this toner helped take some of the light sting & tenderness out of my skin, while also helping to add moisture to my dehydrated skin. So, if a toner felt pretty gentle on a sunburn, than I think that most skin types would also find this toner to be comfortable & hydrating. I can't quite decide if I like or am "meh" about this product. It's kind of a toner and first essence combined together, with a milky but still watery consistency. It hydrates quite well and I like that it dries down pretty matte with the skin feeling a bit softer. But beyond that, I didn't see much whitening or pore minimizing like it claims. Didnt really change the way makeup sat on my face either because of the lack of help with the pores. I only got a week or so with this product, so maybe something novel will show up later, but so far, it seems to fall in the middle for me. 🤷🏻

I saw a product advertised as a “milk toner” and had to have it. The Lapothicell Toning Essence Facial Hydrating Booster has a milky look (in both color and fluidity) but I swear smells like sugary fruit breakfast cereal. It claims to be hydrating, soothing, and whitening - and while I feel it does all three of these things, it doesn’t do any of them great. It does make my skin feel smooth and balanced, however.
