Kinesiology tape is new to me , actually haven’t heard of it, so I was excited to try this product! I experience elbow pain frequently, and have tried multiple techniques and medications to get relief. I received a roll of pre cut kinesiology tape and a roll that’s not cut that you need to measure. When kinesiology tape is properly applied to the effected area it offers almost a instant relief from pain . The application is comfortable, and doesn’t feel restrictive. I was able to do normal activities while wearing the tape . The kinesiology tape adheres nicely to the skin , for multiple days of wear . When removing the tape there’s no sticky residue, and is easy to remove. My overall impression of this product. I found relief using this product and plan to use on other painful areas. I do recommend doing research to learn the proper application for your painful areas.

Haruto Life UP Extra Sensitive Kinesiology Tape ($16 each) are made with 95% cotton + 5% Spandex. The extra sensitive feature allows this tape to be a gentle removal after adhesion--no tugging or pulling with zero residue. Ideal for daily use to those who have sensitive skin, injury, office work, pregnancy and children. I usually get irritated pretty bad, especially when I use bandaids. The residue does something to my skin that causes me to blister and rash up. Haruto tape doesn't cause such an effect at all--the adhesion was strong to support but after the use, easy to remove. Unlike other sports tapes, Haruto doesn't restrict. The cotton/spandex blend allows it to stretch very nicely without limiting my mobility. Giving me a firm grip for muscle support while allowing me to move freely to go about my daily routines. The tape comes in 3 colors--beige, pink and black. I was gifted two different sets of beige--a roll-type that allows you to cut to your preferred length AND a pre-cut strip roll that measures the perfect length by separate perforated lines that don't need scissors. Lastly, the water-proof technology allows you to be able to sweat with ease without the tape falling off. In the video provided, I put this to the test. All in all, I liked the tapes. I do, however, have a small problem. You need to tuck the loose end under the wrap otherwise it will and can "pop off." I had a slight problem keeping it on to go about my duties but it didn't completely fall off. On the contrary, the adhesion is very strong--it just tends to flap around at the end unless you secure it under the wrapping completely.

I recently tried Haruto Life UP Extra Sensitive Kinesiology Tape by Haruto. This product is super easy to use. It such a great option to relieve the wrist pain, which that pain problem came to me sometimes. It also works for the knee pain and back pain as well. I love that this tape didn't cause itch at all, once I was using it. It just perfect for the people who have sensitive skin like me, which easy to get irritated of using the tapes. I do a lot of exercise, and I get hurt very often on my knees on my hands lifting up heavy weights. Sometimes my muscles are sore. I need something to heal up very quickly using these tapes. I felt that I’m not able to stop myself from exercising and it has grade, your ability it stays under the water while swimming so it’s a waterproof tape. It helps with various injuries like strained muscles, carpel tunnel and various sports injuries. It is latex free and hypoallergenic. It has two options one is the pre-cut option and the second one is a long tape that we can cut as our needs. Peel off tapes makes it very easy to place it on the right spot without falling off. This kinesiology tape is a multipurpose tape that can be used for other purposes like acne, face lifting and bust tape.

I used #Harutolifeup extra sensitive kinesiology tape for 0.8 at a discounted price for my honest review. I think this tape is great and it has a fun color to it. I picked the pink and it made it look cute. I think it was very stretchy and it stuck really well. I would buy again bc it does help.

Haruto Life UP Extra Sensitive Kinesiology Tape (roll-type 1ea + pre-cut 1ea) I use this kinesiology tape for my neck, upper back, and shoulders. I get a lot of relief from being taped up, as well as additional confidence while I am healing from the latest injury. Not to put too fine a point on it, but I really could not live without taping. I have used scores of different tapes. All of them have worked for me. My last tape had a goodt seal, but it frayed and left adhesive on my skin that stayed for days. This tape has been, like the other kinds, terrific for me. I have not had any problems with the adhesion when used on my lower and middle back. I am a sweat when I exercise regularly. So the fact that this tape was applied Sunday and it still clings tight to my back through multiple showers and workouts means it is clinging well enough. Now, I might have issues when I have to use the tape on my neck. But for my lower back and I assume legs, this is great. The more curves your tape has to cover the more you need adhesion, so I will be on the watch for any weaknesses. For now, it works.

I love how easy it is to use this tape. Once I looked up how to directly apply to my ankle from youtube, I was ready to go. Application was very easy once you knew what you're supposed to do. Attaching to my ankle, only took a couple minutes, and I was set for the entire day. Removing the tape left, no residue on my skin. my ankle felt supported. I had no skin irritation at all. I really love this tape not only because of the amazing performance but also because of the color. The beige goes well with my skin tone. I will keep this in my go-to bag at all times because it's the perfect size to bring with me. You never know when you'll need this or your partner.

I received the Haruto Life Up extra sensitive kinesiology tape in both precut and full roll kind for only shipping and handling for honest review. My husbands arch was falling ( which he never had happen before). He had no idea what was going on and explained the sensation and pain to me. Lucky for him I have Very high arches. So, I have had it happened. I used this tape to wrap around his arches completely around his foot. Within two days, he was amazed it was gone.

The LIFEUP kinesiology tape was overall very comparable to my current brand. When I need kinesiology tape for a short period of time (like just for the day) I would gravitate to the LIFEUP tape. Unfortunately LIFE UP does not currently offer a tape for longer wear so I have to seek that from another brand. I found the application process to be identical to my current steps and the LIFEUP tape was very easy to apply and get the correct level of stretch. The paper backing was easy to tear before application to create the anchor points. Due to my current physical activity level I prefer a longer lasting tape but the LIFEUP tape is great for quick wear with easy and painless removal. The long lasting tape I have used from other brands can be very painful to remove so I love how gentle l the LIFEUP tape is (AND hypoallergenic!) Because LIFEUP tape is easy to purchase on Amazon, I am likely to buy this product again.

This tape is a lifesaver for me! The sensitive skin tape is just as effective as the regular tape and works wonders for sore muscles and joint pain. I would highly recommend to anyone suffering from pain.
