This review is for the Haruto Life UP Extra Sensitive Kinesiology Tape. I received two boxes in the color pink which I requested. I believe it comes in a beige and black as well. This product review was very timely as I’ve been dealing with a meniscus injury for a few months and the timing was great for trying it out on my bad knee. I thought it was supposed to come with an instruction manual on how to use but it didn’t so I went to YouTube. It’s easy enough when you see how to properly use it. I found it gave good support and was sticky enough to stay on for several days while being comfortable enough to sleep in. Very cool product and highly recommend if you’re looking for something besides a brace to help with stability or healing a slight injury. Always consult your Dr before self treating or diagnosing injuries!

I received this Life up kinesiology tape by Haruto from 0.8liter in exchange for my honest opinion and review. This Life up kinesiology support tape is made with 95% cotton and 5% spandex , it's breathable , stretchable , strong but very gentle to skin. It's very easy to apply , adjust and re-apply or remove. It gives you the perfect fit and comfort. Made especially for those with sensitive skin , doesn't cause irritation , bruising or leave a sticky residue when removed. Gives you the much needed support for your bones , muscles and joints plus it helps reduce tissue pain , swelling , pressure and help with blood circulation. It won't constrict or restrict your range of motion and is perfect for any age or skin type. I got this Life up kinesiology tape for my 78 yr old mother to try on her bad knees. She has very thin , dry sensitive skin that tears and bruises very easily. She has tried conventional knee braces and wraps but nothing has helped or worked as well as this Life up kinesiology support tape. It's available in several different colors and is very affordable.

I can’t decide which one is better, the pre cut or that what I need to cut. Here are the characteristics for both: It can be used by people with sensitive skin, children and pregnant women. Dermatologically tested, can’t irritate the skin. The use is easy, just peel the back off and put it on the body part which hurts. It can be used in any form, angle or shape. Easy to peel off, my friend recommended me using a toner. I dropped a few drops from the toner, waited a second and the wet part came off without hurting me or leaving any residue. The importance of using these tapes is to help us reduce tissue pressure and to support the muscles and joints. It’s proven that it helps with muscle pain, shoulder, wrist, knee, ankle pain or injury. Also it helps the faster recovery. I used it on my foot. My arch is giving me pain lately but because I’m having a chronic pain condition, I really appreciate these tapes and I can really use them. When I had the tape on, my foot felt weightless, light and without pain. By the morning, it started to roll up and to come off. Maybe if I would have a socks on, would have stayed longer. Anyhow, I’m greatly satisfied and I will continue using them.

I twisted my ankle and I was fortunate enough to run across this Haruto Life UP brand to try for the pain and soreness. I love that these come in multiple colors, I of course got pink! The product is super simple and easy to use. You can cut the roll to what ever sizing you need and they are actually even reusable. The tape sticks together really well but doesn't stick to the skin or irritate the skin. They come off easily and painless. After I wrapped my ankle within 10 minutes or so the pain greatly diminished. It also immediately relieved pressure. I will keep using the tape as needed, and highly recommend it to those who may have an injury or pain that bandaging and pressure lifting can help relieve. The LIFE UP works amazing for it.

I really enjoyed trying this product. Super gentle on your skin but still good firmly in place where needed. Flexible, easy to cut lines to measure accurate size needed. Peels off the paper easy and can be readjusted a couple times and still sticks without falling off. It is latex free and hypoallergenic. Doesn't fall off when gets wet. 95% cotton and 5% spandex effective for one or two days wear. Thank you life up, great product.

I received 2 packs of Haruto Sports Tape at a discounted price. It came well packed. It claims to be a latex free and hypoallergenic. I was encouraged to try these, since I’ve been having leg pain especially when standing all day. This is very easy to apply, as it’s already pre-cut. At first, it sticks well, but when I put my PJs on, it kind of crumpled the tape. The edges won’t stay on skin. I tried these on both of my feet first, it indeed help with the pain. It didn’t work like magic, but it minimizes the pain. Next I’ve tried it on my calves. It’s a little tricky when wearing pants since the edges doesn’t stick well. I wore it half day when I help the ladies sew in church, and it gave me blisters. So sad, the edges issue is fine with me but big no on the blisters. I think this is only ok if used on hands or feet, but I will never use this on my legs again.

I received this Haruto Kinesiology Tape in exchange for my honest opinion, and it couldn't come at a better time! My knees have been hurting for a while and that makes some exercises too hard. What I liked the most about this tape is that not only gives a strong support to my knees but it's comfortable, it did not prevent me from moving or flexing my knees also it stayed on during my whole exercise session and it did not hurt my skin when I took it off. I would definitely buy and recommend this product

This Haruto Life UP Extra Sensitive Kinesiology Tape did really help my wrist pain. After I gave birth I started feeling pain on my right wrist and there were times that I can't even moved it. I went to a doctor and was diagnosed with de Quervain's tenosynovitis. I used wrist brace but it's a little uncomfortable because you can't really do some or chores or others stuff. The pain still comes and go away. I was excited when I was selected to get this Life Up Tape. It does help relieves my wrist pain and comfortable to wear. Easy to use and sticks well and gentle on the skin, waterproof and what is nice is that it is pre-cut that imade it more easier.

I have never used sports tape or Kinesiology Tapes before or never really felt the need to. I thought this would be different to try especially since it has multiple uses and I sometimes get pain or just discomfort in my wrist. This helped with that but staying power lasted about a day for me probably because I applied it a little off but even so that’s decent. This is great for working out and needing extra support on specific muscles like the knee, back or arm and can also be used just for daily life to add pressure and ease muscle pain. This can also be used for face lift effects and can be worn for multiple days if applied and cared for correctly. It’s waterproof so is safe to shower with and should stay on. This is for very sensitive skin so shouldn’t bother or irritate when putting on or taking off. It is 95% cotton and 5% Spandex with extra gentle removal adhesive, is ultra strong and shouldn’t leave any residue behind. This is Certified by dermatological Test that there will be no irritation to the skin. This stretches well in length but not in width for easy application and provides the needed muscle support without restricting movement of daily life. I overall love all the benefits these tapes have and are extremely easy to figure out if it’s your first time using. So I really wanted to try this because I get a lot of wrist and hand pain due to playing video games and arthritis. I notice a difference right away after I used this for the first time. I love that it’s sensitive on my skin and that it’s super easy to peel off. I also love that this is waterproof!

When I first got the product I stared at it trying to figure out how I would review the product since I’m not super active and I do not need taping. So I had my sister’s boyfriend try it 😅 He put it on for his run and told my sister that it stays on for about 2.5 miles and then started to come off. I would say that’s a decent staying power? I just really liked that I also got the pre-cut tape which makes it very convenient to use even when you don’t have scissors at hand!

I’ve never used kinesiology tape before and was beyond excited when I was chosen to try this product out. I workout regularly and lift pretty heavy so problems with back, knees and wrists are unavoidable unfortunately 😞 I must be honest I was a bit sceptic at first, but this tape does magic. Mostly I use it on my lower back and feel no pain after. Definitely recommend it if you have the same issues 👍🏻

I never used tape like this before but now that I have I won’t use anything else. It’s very easy to use and since it’s just tape you don’t need to worry about how it holds together. When it’s on it’s actually really comfortable. You can make it as loose or as tight as you want and either way it’s still comfortable. I like how soft the material is and the tape is sticky enough to hold but also won’t just fall off. When you take it off, it doesn’t hurt at all. I wish they had more colors and patterns to choose from to make it look more stylish. I like the precut pieces so you don’t need scissors but it can also be cut with scissors if needed. Overall a really good tape and would use this over an ace bandage any day!

I’ve tried other kinesiology tape before, but this one was a lot easier to remove from my skin. It also helped to keep my knee supported. I broke my knee a few years ago and I still get some pain every once in a while and this product helps a lot.

I very loved using this kinesiology tape for sports and daily life. It comes precut so it’s easy to cut up and put on anywhere on the my body. It very helps with pain relief, gives me strong support during workout. I like the adhesives on it and how its 95% cotton. Very gentle on my skin and hypoallergenic. Height recommended!

I received @haruto_friendly Haruto Tape, it was a new experience but a nice one. I love giving a good facial or a muscle relief massage to my loved ones and this tape allows me to pamper them even more but also being conscious that I could help them relief some tension. To reassure proper placement and guarantee it’ll stick, rub alcohol and let it dry, it will stretch enough to cover the area but do not over stretch as it will hurt as the skin moves. It comes in pre-cut slices, and those you can re-cut to fit your needs. It is water resistant and since it’s for extra sensitive skin the glue won’t hurt you when you peel it off
