This kinesiology tape is great for sports, training and daily life. I love this kinesiology tape because it has so many uses not just for sports. You can use this on your face for face lifting and wrinkles since is gentle on the skin. You can also use it for lifting your boobs because it's water proof and sweat proof. This kinesiology tape stick very well on the skin and when you remove it it's painless and it doesn't leave a sticky residue afterwards. The main reason I wanted to try this tape is for pregnancy. I use to use Kinesiology tape a lot when I worked. I love the precut roll, the size of each piece is perfect and easy to remove. No irritation or pulling on the skin, stays on all day without movement.

This tape is convenient for me. The elasticity of the tape is good, and the breathable material does not irritate my skin. With this tape, my wrist feels better. The adhesions, however, do not last long and easily peel off after about an hour. I think I'll double it next time. I used to play a lot of sports in high school and college and I have injured my wrists multiple times. As I have gotten older my wrists get sore and hurt throughout the day. Wearing a heavy brace is not an option,that’s why I love this product. This wrap is very supportive and still allows movement without causing the stiffness or soreness. This wrap can be used for many different purposes, and it can be worn for everyday uses like cooking, cleaning, working, driving, playing with your kids, doing repairs around the home, and all sorts of everyday activities. This tape is very easy to apply and stays in place all day. It does not irritate your skin, and most importantly it easily peels right off without pulling your skin/hair. It glides right off your skin and does not leave any film or sticky spots behind. It’s almost like a window cling for your skin. It is literally the best Kinesiology tape I have ever used.
